3 The Arco Helix Vending Machine The Arco Helix Vending Machine is a rugged, versatile, and easy to use automated dispenser which tracks, manages, and controls PPE and other indirect consumable usage at the point of work. This robust machine is designed to deliver outstanding performance even in harsh environments. Items are dispensed through the helical system which is reliable and easy to configure. We will work closely with you prior to installation to ensure that all Arco vending machines are configured in the most efficient way possible to dispense all your PPE requirements. Quick and Simple Machine Access Users scan their ID card or enter a unique ID number onto the key pad attached to the device and our software which manages all aspects of the machine s functionality and identifies who the user is. Each user account can be restricted to determine the products they have access to and how often they can vend. All vends are recorded in real time meaning that the inventory levels are always completely accurate. 1 Scan key card or enter pin on the key pad. 2 Input the product code using the key pad to dispense items. 3 Items are dispensed and ready for collection in the bay below. 4 The Arco Asset Management Locker Our asset lockers are an innovative way to manage, track and control a wide range of products. Traditional asset management solutions are labour intensive and rely on manual paper based systems, which offer limited control or traceability. This can lead to an increase in theft, misuse and damage as well as missed checks, charges and calibrations resulting in critical items not being available for use. All our lockers have a number of features that can be configured to your business needs, meaning that we can provide you with a bespoke asset management solution. Use standalone or in conjunction with our Helix Vending Solution Our fully automated system allows asset lockers to be used as a sole machine, paired with another or linked to the helix vending machine. Pairing machines allows a singular ID point, or key pad, to be used for all the linked machines, meaning users can access everything at any one time. One stand alone controller can run up to three lockers. Access Control allows you to restrict access based on job roles, loan period, departments and more. Secure compartments ensures that expensive items remain safe and can only be accessed by approved users. Configure the number of compartments A standard Arco Asset Management Locker comes with 18 compartments. However, depending on the size of the items being stored, this can be modified to a maximum of 36 compartments by converting a three compartment section into a six-compartment section. Customise lockers to include power sources Lockers can be customised depending on what is being stored. If an item such as a drill or a radio needs charging, we can construct the locker to ensure the item can be plugged in whilst being stored. Charge whilst you store compartments can be designed to allow charging to take place once an item is checked in, ensuring electrical items are always charged and ready for use. Content Visibility clear compartment covers and internal lights allow for quick and easy product selection. Bespoke Configurations compartments can be set up to various heights to allow you to create your perfect dispensing solution. Lock down lockers when items are returned Each locker can be configured to operate as a dock for items that require additional safety checks, calibration and approval before their next use. Compartments can be programmed to lock down after an item is returned. This is particularly useful when dealing with PPE such as harnesses which need to be inspected after use. As our system provides full traceability you know exactly when the item was booked back and by whom. Track and control high cost assets Secure asset lockers ensure that you can feel confident leaving high cost products, tools and equipment unattended but, accessible to those who need them. Our tracking system ensures that items can be checked out, their usage recorded and the item checked back in, all of which is recorded down to individual user level. Set up automated alerts to highlight the end of a loan period Loan periods can be set up against devices and against specific users, allowing you to receive notifications when items are overdue. Alerts when a loan period has passed ensure that a high level of safe working is maintained on items that require checks before further work can be carried out

Initial Call Our team of Vending Technical Sales Specialists will analyse your usage to determine the correct solution for you. To get started all we need from you is a list of the products you would like to vend and your annual or monthly usage. We also discuss connectivity and access requirements. Contract We will develop a hire agreement, with different terms available tailored to your business. Usage Summary a detailed report into your business usage history. Device Level allows you to look at each of your machines individually. Inventory Total allows a complete view of all your inventory. All our reports can be scheduled to run at regular intervals and are all available remotely on a range of devices. Arco Vending Implementation Prior to installation we will conduct a site survey to view the areas where the machines will be deployed. Our Technical Sales Specialists will give assistance in completing implementation documents. We test vend the items you wish to vend to ensure error free vending. Build Once our test vending is complete, a planogram of the machine layout is produced. Once signed off the machines are configured to your requirements. Installation Once your layouts are confirmed, we will contact you to arrange a convenient installation date. The information we capture in the implementation stage will ensure the machines arrive configured. Our engineers will unpack the machines and connect them to the power and the internet. Our Technical Sales Specialists will carry out the first fill of the machine and show key users how to vend. Replenishment As part of our agreement with you we will arrange to fill your Arco vending machines at intervals that are convenient and appropriate to your usage. Your coordinator will come on site at the dates assigned and restock your machines. Detailed information, the way you want it, anytime, anywhere. When using an automated system, we understand that you need to be able to easily collect data from each stage of the process. Our vending machine and asset management lockers are controlled by the Apex Connect n Go Technology TM, allowing data to move seamlessly from the machines, via an ethernet, cellular or wireless internet connection, to the cloud for you to access. Arco devices don t require software installations and there are no Windows based computers, servers or controllers to install nor is support required from your IT department. Real Time Information All traffic between the devices and the server is encrypted using AES128. Each of the Arco Vending Machines initiates a heartbeat every 30 minutes, should there be an issue with the machine or your internet connection we will know almost instantaneously. Accurate, real-time usage, and inventory information is available anytime, anywhere from your browser or mobile. We never delete a user so you can access historical transactions ensuring you have a 100% audit trail, for health and safety purposes, of all PPE that has been issued to your workforce. Records can be used as a defence against litigation should any issues arise. They can also be used as a pre-emptive measure to monitor if workers are vending enough PPE and thereby helping health and safety officers to enforce compliance. Invoicing Arco Inventory Management Solutions will raise invoices based on Trajectory Data ensuring the correct amount is charged. After Care Arco will continue to support you across all stages of the vending process. We will evaluate your usage over time to ensure you are getting the most out of your vending system. Should your business introduce a new production line or your employees start using a new piece of PPE, we can reconfigure the machines to vend accordingly. Reports Arco vending machines automatically update providing real time figures, allowing for accurate data to be extracted.
