3 Remote administration that is more scalable than ever before Traka Web is a browser based administration suite for centrally managing Traka Touch key and locker systems. Traka Web can support unlimited keys or items allowing systems to be expanded to thousands of lockers or key cabinets across the globe all on a centrally managed network. Central administration means you can update user credentials, maintain central visibility of what keys and items are in which systems and who has what keys and items right now. Audit trails and reports of who had items and when; if they were back late; utilisation; traceability and accountability are also available. Any authorised device on your network capable of running a browser, including phones, tablets and PCs can access Traka Web anywhere in the world making our solutions more scalable than ever before.

4 The features Traka Web enhances your solution with a suite of features* that keep you in control. It will improve business processes, make your business run more efficiently and save you time and money. Item Booking Users wanting to pre-book an item (a key in a cabinet or an item in a locker) can do so by logging into Traka Web. notifications notifications can be set up to alert administrators or managers if a curfew is overdue or a certain key or item has been removed from a system. Custom Notes Logging Notes Logging allows a user to enter free text notes when taking or returning a key or item to a locker. Dual authorisation Dual authorisation provides an additional level of security. When a user wishes to access a particular item a manager must also be present with their user credentials. Curfew Management Curfews can be set on any item or key to enforce its return by a certain time. The curfews can be set up and managed within Traka Web, and Traka Web will generate an alert if the item isn t returned on time. Fault Logging Fault logging allows users to record an issue or fault against items such as vehicles or machinery. The system automatically notifies the correct manager and restricts access to that item or key until the necessary repairs are made. Access Schedules Access Schedules apply time restrictions to certain items and users. Traka Web makes it easy to set up and amend these access schedules. Fleet Management Fuel, distance and location logging, typically used by fleet managers, can be recorded at the cabinet and reported on in Traka Web. Administrative Regions Traka Web offers regionalisation to help empower each department or site within your organisation. Create administrative regions to allow facilities to manage keys, IT to manage laptops, and Security to manage radios and firearms all while retaining central control and visibility at enterprise level. *Please note that some of these features are cost options

5 Traka Web supports the administration of Traka key and locker systems. A three tier architecture Data, Application and Presentation layers, work together to enable Traka Web to be efficient and highly scalable. Traka Web supports item definitions to make it simple to manage different types of keys and equipment. It provides an auto-sync system for all changes. Traka Web is designed to utilise Microsoft SQL server. It comes with a suite of reports to help better utilise the keys and equipment you want to control; activity reports, status reports, utilisation reports, exception reports and permissions reports.
