2 Welcome Remarks Eric Orts Director IGEL Professor Orts is the Guardsmark Professor of Legal Studies & Business Ethics at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is also the Faculty Director of the Wharton Initiative for Global Environmental Leadership. Dr. Orts is the co-director of the FINRA program in Wharton Executive Education. His research includes climate contracts. Professor Orts is the recent author of Business Persons: A Legal Theory of the Firm.

He is also responsible for external relations with multilateral agencies and industry groups in the water sector. Cairo has over forty years of experience in the water industry, including fifteen years with SENA and its parent company, SUEZ ENVIRONMENT (SE). He has been a member of IGEL s Corporate Advisory Board since Rich Henning Senior Vice President, Communications SUEZ Rich Henning is responsible for all internal and external communications for SUEZ. He oversees communications strategies and policies, marketing, media relations and creative services for SUEZ. 15 Panel 1: Industrial Water Management Best Practices Presentation Topic Planning for Water Sustainability in Industry James Hagan Faculty, School of Arts & Sciences, University of Pennsylvania At the University of Pennsylvania, Jim is the Graduate Student Advisor in the Sustainability concentration for the MES degree and a Lecturer in courses on Sustainability. Jim retired from the UK-based pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline in 2010 as the Vice President of Sustainability & Environment. Prior to joining GSK in 1983, Jim worked at the US Environmental Protection Agency and Dow Chemical focused on environmental issues in the areas of research, design and construction.

He evaluates the importance of proper monitoring and control. Mansour examines the value of cloud-based knowledge management, how industrial organizations can reduce risks, ensure environmental compliance, improve quality of plant operations and productivity, and increase water and energy savings.

He works closely with crossfunctional sustainability champions across the business at MillerCoors, including the wholesaler network, procurement, the parent companies and other stakeholders throughout the enterprise. He also leads the tracking and reporting of progress on MillerCoors sustainability strategy and goals, including measurement against its Sustainability Assessment Matrix (SAM), and has led development of its annual Sustainability Reports.
