1 1. General KERLINK, a French "Société Anonyme" with a share capital of ,08 euros, having a place of business at Thorigné-Fouillard 1 Rue Jacqueline Auriol (35235) France, registered with the Trade and Companies Registry of Rennes under the number organizes a photo contest ( The contest ) between May 2 nd and May 25 th, Players The contest is open exclusively to Kerlink's customers, partners or customers of its customers residing in France or abroad, excluding employees of Kerlink and their family members, and any other person having participated to the organization of the contest. The participant authorizes all the checks concerning his identity. 3. Announcement and contest presentation The contest is announced on and the Kerlink Twitter account 4. Terms of participation To compete, participants must take a photo of their Gateway Wirnet LoRaWAN product. The participant must then publish the photo he took on his Twitter account including the hashtag "#Carelinks" and the mention "@Kerlink_news" between May 2 nd and May 25 th Attention, the Twitter account must be activated in public mode (and not private) enabling the content to be visible by the company Kerlink, organizer of the contest. No other means of participation will be accepted. Any incomplete or not in conformity participation with the present regulation will not be considered and could not be the object of any claim. The publication of the message on the Twitter account of the participant must be made no later than the last day of the contest so that the participation can be considered. The editing or use of a photo or a pre-existing creation is strictly prohibited. The creation must be original and must not in any case copy or use an existing work that has been created by another person. The photo can be distinguished either:
2 - by the original sign of the installation context (unprecedented location, spectacular view...) - by the unprecedented nature of the use or the project (use case original, innovative, citizen, environmental...). - by the artistic character of the photo and the staging of the product (but without the use of editing or creation software). The product must not be altered, deteriorated or modified by the participant. It must be identical and consistent with its delivery date. The Kerlink marking on the product must be clearly visible. The photo must not contain inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortuous, pornographic, violent or defamatory content, which the participant guarantees. In addition, the participant guarantees that the photo and any material transmitted does not contain content that promotes sectarianism, racism, hatred or violence towards a group or person, the promotion of discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age. The photo must comply with the law and be accessible to all audiences. The participant guarantees that the Organizer holds all the necessary authorizations for the publication of the photo. 5. Number of participations Participation in the photo contest is limited, that is, one person cannot post more than two photos on Twitter to enter the contest. Participation is personal; it is forbidden to compete from another person's Twitter account. 6. Results of the competition A photo on Twitter will be selected among the participants who have complied with the terms of the rules to designate the winner of the photo contest is the one who has collected the most Likes" in his photo. The winner will be contacted by Kerlink by private message on Twitter or the week following the end of the Game. The winner will also be announced on June 7th at the

The winner must respond by private message within 5 days from the date of the message informing him of his win to confirm his surname, first name and mailing address. Failing response within the time limit or in case of incomplete answer, the winner will be considered as having given up his lot. 7. In accordance with the law "Informatique et Libertés" of 6 January 1978, as amended, the participant has the right to access, rectify and delete information concerning him, which the participant may exercise by contacting the Organizer, at the address indicated at the beginning of this Regulation. In case of exercise of the right of opposition before the end of the contest, the participant renounces his participation. Right to image The participants authorize, by the mere fact of their participation in the contest to be diffused, and exploit the photo communicated during the contest, under the conditions defined below. The participant transfers to the Organizer, with faculty for the latter to sub-transfer all or part of these rights to the group Kerlink and its subsidiaries, on a non-exclusive
4 and free basis, for the territory of the whole world and the intellectual property rights encumbering the photo communicated during the contest, for marketing or commercial purposes relating to this Game including any website, spaces on social networks, intranet sites, at all trade shows, on any publications or media, advertising or communication media. For this purpose, the rights transferred are as follows: - the right to reproduce, modify, digitize, duplicate, or record, by any technical process known or unknown to date, all or part of the photo, on all media known or unknown to date, in all formats, using all framing reports, without limitation of the number of reproductions; - the right to represent, display, broadcast and exploit the photo, by any means, including digital transmission online, and by any other means known or not yet known; the right of making available by a computer or other "server" center, for viewing and / or downloading by any network and transmission and / or telecommunication system, and for any consultation terminal, without limiting the number of representations; - the right to make any adaptation of all or part of the photo alone or combined with other elements, to add any graphic element, such as distinctive sign, logo, slogan. - the right to mention his name, first name and / or pseudo as a winner or participant of the photo contest. The participant guarantees that he holds all the intellectual property rights relating to the photo produced in the framework of the contest and undertakes to provide proof at the request of the Organizer. The participant therefore guarantees to the Organizer the peaceful enjoyment of the rights thus ceded. The participant guarantees that he holds the authorization from all the persons appearing on the photo, to exploit their image under the preceding conditions. The participant warrants the Organizer against any trouble, dispute, claim, appeal or eviction that may be brought against him, by any person whatsoever, because of the exploitation of photos provided for in the present by-law. In case of difficulty of this order, the participant agrees: - to intervene with the Organizer, without delay and at the first request of the Organizer, and to lend any useful collaboration, - to carry out any work so that the Organizer can enjoy photos without discontinuity, - to take charge without delay of all the sums, whatever their qualification, which may be condemned by the Organizer on a provisional or definitive basis. 10. Limits of liability The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, suspend or modify the contest in the event of a fortuitous event beyond its control; his responsibility cannot be engaged thereby. In the event of unavailability of the prize, the Organizer reserves the right to replace it with a prize of similar nature and value, without being liable for it.
5 The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any problem arising during the delivery of the prize by mail. Participation implies the knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and the limits of the Internet and the absence of protection of certain data against possible diversions or piracy, or the risks of contamination by possible viruses present on the Internet. network.
