The vending machine has a rotating carousel with twelve platforms, each platform has been subdivided in at most 36 compartments. Their size can be easily adjusted.

Badges can be programmed in accordance with the competences/ requirements of the user in consultation with the Health and Safety department.

They guarantee the constant availability of the correct tools to ensure safe and efficient working practices. The vending machine has a rotating carousel with twelve platforms, each platform has been subdivided in at most 36 compartments. Their size can be easily adjusted. The employee swipes his or her personnel badge in the machine and selects the required item. Badges can be programmed in accordance with the competences/ requirements of the user in consultation with the Health and Safety department. These may mean restrictions in the area of products and the workplace. Incorrect products for a specific application can be excluded in this simple manner. The vending machine supplies the product and saves the transaction data (product, dates/times of supply, personnel identification, etc.) in a database. The system owner can retrieve the saved transaction data through a mobile phone modem. Reports can be retrieved online and exported into PDF, Excel, etc., to be further processed. Our carousel system is simple to stock and can hold a variety of different products without requiring specialised packaging. This includes gloves, hearing protection, hi vis, eye protection, respiratory protection, and more. Additionally, we offer a Asset Management Locker system option for items that are too bulky for the standard machine (see page 3). 4

Additionally, by having stock available to staff at all times on the shop floor through an ID system, you encourage employees to take products as they require them, instead of stocking up for future needs. Data from these transactions can be used to identify when products are not being utilised for the entirety of their lifespan. This could also help to recognize the need for additional training. Abuses can be quickly detected because of the processing of the transaction movements per staff member, department, supply machine, and period. This allows for a much swifter resolution to the problem. By gaining control of stock flow and more closely managing cost-in-use, vending provides a simple and effective route to cost savings. By recording the PPE usage of each employee, clients can gain control of staff compliance with health and safety regulations. 7 Initial Visit and Feasibility Assessment A Nusafe Vending Specialist will visit you on-site to discuss your requirements, answering initial questions about the machine and principles of vending, performing a feasibility study, and identifying ideal solutions. Proposal and Agreement An agreed-upon vending contract will be drafted and signed including any initial trial agreements Operations Team Engaged A site visit will be made by a Nusafe Technician to survey the installation area and ensure all information has been received for machine configuration prior to delivery. Installation, Training, and Launch A Nusafe Technician will visit on-site to install the new pre-stocked machine and train key users. It is a very simple set-up process, taking less than 30 minutes. Ongoing Care and Replenishment Ordering No need for you to worry about this! Your company will become part of a set restocking routine included in our service. The machines will automatically convey their replenishment orders in good time to our software system at a pre-set point every day/week/month (depending on your usage). This ensures you have the correct products available on-site 24/7. Restocking At contract outset, a pre-arranged site visit schedule will be agreed upon, including a time and frequency that suits your company and usage. Qualified route-men from Nusafe will service the machines, replenishing stocks into the machine(s). Monitoring and Reporting You will have access to vending machine data 24/7 from any device that has access to the internet. Additionally, all data compiled through the vending machine will be available for review in meetings with the client Account Manager to identify any patterns of product waste, etc. Client Care As a client, you will be allocated a Nusafe Account Manager who will handle any enquiries you may have and ensure that all requests are dealt with fully and professionally. The Account Manager will be backed by a strong and experienced team, who will be debriefed on account details and procedures at the outset of service. 7
