Matrix conducted a thorough analysis of the highest and best use of the property while remediating the environmental condition according to the requirements of the Environmental Protection Agency s Brownfields Initiative. Matrix, by working with the previous owner, Chevron and the City of Perth Amboy, removed any land-use impediments and pre-leased approximately 50 percent of the two buildings. The 450,000 square foot project brings an important, state-of-the-art industrial center along with new businesses and new jobs to the city of Perth Amboy. This project is fully leased. Exit 7A Market - Northeast Business Park and Matrix Business Park at 7A (Located in Robbinsville, NJ) In 2014, Matrix will complete the last two build-to-suits in it s 7A land assemblage.
