NB: It is your responsibility to let the CDA team know that you wish to attend the final assessment element by no later than 5 weeks before the assessment date. Before completing the final assessment element and mock interview, you will have the opportunity to attend essential assessment centre training, which will be provided by an external trainer. This will help you to prepare adequately for both activities.
8 The Chester Difference Award 8 Frequently Asked Questions I completed volunteering/part-time work/ecdl etc. before I started at the University of Chester, can I still use this experience to accumulate my points? Unfortunately we are only able to accept activities that are completed whilst you are a University of Chester student to accumulate towards your CDA points. If you are in your second or third year of study, we are willing to accept activities that you ve completed during previous years of study at the University of Chester. I have completed a summer placement/graduate scheme assessment centre, do these count as employer engagement activities? Yes, if you completed either of the above activities, you could claim the employer engagement point. If you have completed another activity and are unsure as to whether it fits within this category please contact the CDA team to discuss this further.
