3 A LEADING SUPPLIER OF INDUSTIRAL SERVICES Business overview Beerenberg is a leading supplier of maintenance and modifications services to the oil and gas industry on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS). The company are designed to meet the future demand on the NCS and in the petrochemical industry, including newbuilds. Market leader within the areas of insulation, surface treatment and scaffolding (ISS) - and adjacent services. Has developed a range of innovative products and services to supplement its core service offering. Beerenberg operates both nationally and internationally and its key customers are oil companies and maintenance, modification and operations (MMO) contractors. Founded in 1977 Key figures Revenue: MNOK 2000 (approx) ISO certified ISO 9001 ISO OHSAS The head office is in Norway and the Group has offices in Poland, Korea and Singapore. Beerenberg has two subsidiaries Benarx Solutions and Bouvet Industries. The company sees it as its duty to challenge conventional thinking in the industry through innovation and creative solutions always focusing on improved HSEQ, productivity and consistency.

E.g. the Johan Sverdrup hook-up project. When a platform is operational, Beerenberg does ISS maintenance work on long term frame contracts. Also provides adjacent maintenance services. Beerenberg provides ISS services to the Yamal project. Beerenberg completed recently a major project relating to Nyhamna expansion and has extensive experience at Kårstø processing plant. Beerenberg provides ISS services to refinery and onshore oil&gas installations. In particular insulation and surface treatments of refinery pipes and valves. Eg. 10-year frame agreement with Statoil on Mongstad.

This involves deliveries of everything from advanced proprietary products to traditional solutions and bulk insulation products. The company s highly skilled professionals also assist in the actual installation process something which is particularly important in the case of subsea insulation. The Benarx product series is Benarx Solutions proprietary range of industrialised insulation solutions for passive fire protection and thermal and acoustic insulation. The company s ambition is for the products to be costeffective, space-saving and weight-reducing. Benarx Solutions is a subsidiary of Beerenberg. The head office and factory is situated in Gościcino in Poland and the company has a office in Busan in South Korea. 9

BOUVET INDUSTRIES Bouvet Industries was established in 1970.

10 BOUVET INDUSTRIES Bouvet Industries was established in Over the past 20 years, the company has grown into a significant scaffolding company with activities and assignments throughout southern Norway. The largest assignments are at the industrial plants in Grenland and the company's main customers are Yara, Norcem, Skanska and Veidekke. Bouvet Industries is a subsidiary of Beerenberg. The company is now a full-scale ISS supplier. 10
