4 Drilling and Well Engineering Well Control & Blowout Support add energy provides well control services through transient multi-phase flow simulations for contingency planning and expert on-site advisory personnel for blowouts and well control incidents. The well control and blowout support team has delivered blowout contingency planning and well control engineering services to the world s oil and gas industry since These services have been provided worldwide both onshore and offshore and the well control projects range from small incidents to large scale blowouts like Montara in Australia and Macondo in GOM. The experiences gained from our involvement on real incidents are continuously being implemented into our blowout contingency plans. Involvement in regaining control of more than 70 blowouts and well control incidents in addition to preparation of more than 1200 contingency plans make the company a market leading supplier of well control engineering.
