We are a professionally equipped and highly managed company based in the heart of Dubai.Today's key word in the Construction, Industrial and Petrochemical sectors is time and cost management. Our scaffolding systems enable contractors to work faster and more efficiently to meet project deadlines Our aim is to become one of the leading companies of UAE in the field of manpower supply, Selling and Hiring different types of Scaffolding material, Along with supplying form work components, also provides the required engineering services associated with design and detailing to meet the Client requirement so known as Specialist in the field of Scaffolding. STS specializes in the supply of high quality, safe scaffolding and specialized access services to the Oil and Gas, Power, Construction and other major industries. 3 Saif Technical Group, Dubai Our Core Business is the supply, erection and dismantling of traditional tube & fittings and Cup Lock system scaffolding to provide access for the construction industry as a whole. Saif Technical Services provides a full range of scaffolding and access solutions for smallest domestic repair work to multi-million AED construction works throughout the United Arab Emirates. We employ very experienced and well qualified Scaffolders which are capable of delivering the high standards of workmanship demanded by our clients In order to maintain these high standards we have internal training programs which focus on Health and Safety and industry skills allowing individuals to achieve their full potential in a safe working environment. We also work closely with our clients and construction partners to ensure that our policies and procedures achieve the same goals. Our core expertise is traditional tube and fittings scaffold, however, we can also provide Cup Lock system scaffold in order to give our clients flexibility and provide cost effective solutions to problems. The Cup Lock system is a world leader in modular scaffolding systems with over 50 years of experience in the industry. STS has chosen to use Cup Lock because of its adaptability in providing cost effective access working platforms and containment systems which we and our clients have confidence in. Behind all of this STS remains a close knit family organization supported by a loyal and capable team which is a key supplier of access solutions and skillful Scaffolder to all sectors of the construction industry in the United Arab Emirates. Our management team has over 12 years of scaffolding experience to draw on in providing innovative and sometimes technically complex solutions. This is backed up by our professional design and safety partners. Together we are able to provide the sort of services and back-up which is required in today s modern building industry.

This duty extends to our employees, contractors and all potentially affected parties. In addition we have duty to reduce those risks so far as is reasonably practicable. On other words if we know that harm could take place we need to do what can to prevent it within the reasonable boundaries of our technical and financial capability. An effective health and safety management system is an essential tool in ensuring that health and safety law, policies, procedures, standards and control measures are implemented, understood and maintained and our duty is therefore met.

STS is actively committed to the provision of strong and active leadership and safety matters. The encouragement and inclusion of employees in the promotion and achievement of safe working environment is important to us. We will provide adequate time, resources and information to ensure that employees are part of the process for deciding and delivering the objectives and commitments of the company. CONSULTATION, COOPERATION AND COMMUNICATION The participation by employees in this decision making processes of health and safety management, supports risk control by encouraging their ownership of health policies and commitment to making sure they are implemented.
