10 Company Profile In the heart of the Arabian-Gulf; in the United Arab Emirates; MENA MEDICAL MANUFACTURING COMPANY (3MC) was founded in 2013 as a pioneer factory for surgical-care products. We manufacture a comprehensive range of sutures, ligatures, mesh, bone-wax, umbilical cotton tape, surgical gloves and the like. Using only the highest quality of raw materials allows us to have a variety of surgical sutures in their different combinations of yarns and needles. Our company is a state-of-the-art facility located in SAIF zone (Sharjah Airport International Free Zone -UAE). Since its inception, quality has been fundamental for 3MC, with CE, ISO 9001/2008, ISO 13485/2012 standards, with WHO GMP, ensuring that all our systems, practices, and management are tuned to produce high quality products meeting all regulatory standards, with the best raw materials. 3MC s facility is designed in such a way that it is up to par with the requirements of all international standards that are required from a medical device industry. The clean rooms of the manufacturing unit comply with class 10,000 (ISO Class 7). We are equipped with high-end machinery and processes such as automatic packing microprocessor-controlled gaseous ethylene oxide sterilizers.

14 MENASORB Our absorbable polyglycolic acid suture are known for their high quality and undoubted performance. Made-up of braided and coated 100% polyglycolic acid,filaments these are superior in absorption with shelf life of 5 years. Available in convenient and safe packaging. MENASORB FAST Fast absorption polyglycolic acid sutures are made up of braided and coated polyglycolic acid, meant for faster absorption. Menasorb fast is recommended only when faster absorption is desired. The higher homopolymer of glycolide, is reduced to simpler polymer for fast absorption.

15 13 MENACRYL We offer Polyglactin 910 suture which are known for their high quality and undoubted performance. Made-up of braided and coated 90% polyglycolic acid and 10% lactic acid, these are superior in absorption with shelf life of 5 years. Available in convenient and safe packaging. MENACRYL FAST Fast absorption Polyglactin 910 sutures are made up of coated and braided Polyglactin 910 sutures, meant for faster absorption. The higher homopolymer of 90% glycolide and 10% of lactide, is reduced to simpler polymer for fast absorption. Menacryl fast is recommended only when faster absorption is desired.

16 MENA PD Polydioxanone suture are the strongest available synthetic absorbable sutures for extended wound support. Mena PD sutures are the monofilament polydioxanone sutures. Smooth, pliable and with least memory. Its dark blue color imparts enhanced visibility. MENACAPRONE Polyglecaprone 25 sutures are the smooth monofilament sutures with predictable absorption characteristics compared to trugut, catgut chromic sutures.

It can be safely used to control bleeding from surfaces of injured bones during bone repair surgery.
