24 Overview: Consent Decree Amendments Amendment is culmination of work since 2011 by: District U.S. Government DC Water Two major amendments: Incorporate TN/Wet Weather Plan Projects already approved by EPA and under construction Incorporate Green Infrastructure ( GI ) DC Water has invested more than $14 M in GI so far Green Roof Installation at East Side Pumping Station 23
