4 Put the holder on the sensor The end with the slot must face the cord. The sensor holder is fully autoclavable. Configure the sterilization program in accordance with the autoclave manufacturer s instructions. Maximum temperature 273ºF (134ºC). Please note: The slot extension on the side should be withdrawn during autoclaving. Put the TrollBag Rayzor 510 sensor cover on 4

5 Attachment of the arm/tab The arm/tab contains small parts. Please check that it is unbroken. Do not use an arm, tab or bag that is broken. When attatching the arm/tab, it is very important to be careful when you ease the heel in (img. 1-3 below). Excessive force can puncture the sensor cover. Please note: The door lock must be open when you attach the holder arm/tab. Toe Heel 1. Insert the toe. 2. Press forward. 3. Ease the heel in and release. 4. Press to close the door lock. 5

The arm, tab and the sensor cover are disposables, single use only. When removing the arm/tab, it is very important to be careful when you lift the heel. Excessive force can puncture the sensor cover. 6

11 Anterior PA Position for the ring, dots facing the sensor. Use the bite block for all anterior periapical images. The bite block works as an extension of the biteplane and it allows you to place sensor as posterior as possible while maintaining support from the incisal edges of the front teeth. The bite block is fully autoclavable. Configure the sterilization program in accordance with the autoclave manufacturer s instructions. Maximum temperature 273ºF (134ºC). 11

16 TrollByte Rayzor shall only be used as a holder for dental x-ray with Dexis digital sensor. The manufacturer and its dealers are not liable for any other use of the product. Always use a sensor cover to protect the sensor while taking x-rays. Clean prior to first use. TrollByte Rayzor can be cleaned by wiping it down with alcohol, washing it in a dishwasher/disinfector, or autoclave. Reuse without disinfection will lead to contamination and possible spread of infection. Store at room temperature, protected from dust and humidity. Do not expose to direct sunlight. Autoclave procedure Warranty TrollByte Rayzor is autoclavable. Configure the sterilization program in accordance with the autoclave manufacturer s instructions. Maximum temperature than 134ºC (273ºF). Please note that the retractable slots should be withdrawn during autoclaving. Place in the middle of the autoclave, not against the autoclave s walls or heating element. Warning: If the holder is exposed to pressure or weight exerted by other objects during autoclaving, it may deform. Please note: Any method of sterilization will shorten the life span of plastic parts. TrollByte Rayzor is manufactured using carefully selected plastic raw materials in order to achieve the product s unique characteristics. However, all plastic products have a limited service lifetime, and should be replaced at regular intervals. All types of cleaning reduce the product s service lifetime. The product should be replaced when its functioning and/or performance no longer satisfies the specifications in this manual. The manufacturer guarantees that the product will function as described in these instructions for 1 year after first use or a maximum of 75 autoclave cycles.
