7 Current Status In 2000, the ministry of finance built the website of China Government Procurement (with the international domain name being ). In 2005, the ministry of finance developed the system of government procurement appraisal experts management.

8 Current Status In 2006, the ministry of finance developed the system of government procurement agencies management and the system of government procurement statistics transfer. In 2008, the ministry of finance developed the system of non-bidding government procurement method approval. all of the above systems are built on the , the ministry of finance built the website of china government

9 E-procurement is important in government procurement reform Both central government and local government attach importance to establishing e-procurement system. 95% local object organization and 87% central object organization believe that e-procurement will be the direction of government procurement reform in China.
