1 Overview Getting Started with Analytics and Reports Oracle Procurement Cloud Oracle Procurement Cloud analytics and reports give you the ability to monitor purchasing documents, requisition aging, and supplier performance by providing real-time reports based on day-to-day data. Whether you re a purchasing manager or a buyer, Oracle Procurement Cloud analytics and reports are designed to help you enhance productivity and make the procurement lifecycle more efficient. This guide shows you how to view your Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (OBIP) analytics and reports and highlights a few samples, including processed transactions, document aging, and supplier performance. 2 Monitor and Manage Requisition Queue The Lines by Buyer OTBI report shows you which buyers have unprocessed lines in the requisition queue. If needed, you can make decisions about reassigning workload to help you keep the requisition flow moving along.

3 View Savings by Individual Contributor The Negotiated OTBI report shows you the business awarded by buyers, as well as the savings achieved. Use this report to analyze each buyer s contributions towards the procurement organization s saving targets for the year.

4 Keep Agreements Current The Expiring Blanket Agreement OTBI report gives you a heads up on your agreements that need renegotiation. The report shows a count of blanket agreements expiring within the next 30, 60, and 90 days.

5 Renegotiate to Get Better Prices The Blanket with Amounts OTBI report displays the suppliers that have the maximum number of agreement lines with over-released amounts. If your negotiation pricing is based on release amount, the information in this report can help you renegotiate better prices on future agreements.

6 Know Your The Negotiation OTBI report shows you the savings negotiated for each procurement category. Use it to identify the categories that are doing the most to improve your company s bottom line.

7 Monitor Buyer Productivity The by Buyer OTBI report shows you the number of purchase orders processed by various buyers in your organization, and gives you an efficient way to monitor buyer productivity.

8 Stay on Top of Your Unprocessed Requisition Queue The OTBI report allows you to quickly see how many days your requisition lines have gone unprocessed. Use this report to monitor approved requisitions that are not yet added to an order. At a glance, you can see the number of requisitions in the queue, and the number of days that each requisition has gone unprocessed.

9 Monitor Your Requisition Lines As a buyer, you need a quick view of the current status of requisition lines assigned to you. The Process for a Buyer OTBI report shows you your requisition line workload as soon as you access the Purchasing work area. View real-time numbers of requisition lines in the pool, in-process negotiations, orders that aren t yet submitted, orders pending approval, and orders pending acknowledgment.

10 Monitor Requisition Lines Use the Process by Status OTBI report to monitor and react to requisitions in the queue. You can keep watch on workload and monitor progress as requisitions move through the procurement cycle. Real-time numbers show you how many: requisition lines are in the pool, negotiations are in process, orders aren t yet submitted, orders are pending approval, and orders are pending acknowledgment.

11 Manage Your Supply Base The Top 10 Suppliers by Open Purchase Order Count and Buyer OTBI report shows you which suppliers have the highest combined number of open purchase orders. You can watch the volume of open transactions and anticipate potential risks if suppliers don t deliver. This report also gives you a glimpse of who your biggest suppliers are.

12 Finding Your Analytics Overview 1. In the Navigator, click Reports and Analytics, and then open the Shared Folders folder. 2. Open a family folder, such as Procurement, and then open a product area folder, such as Purchasing. 3. To view Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence or Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher reports, follow the appropriate steps: View Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence reports: 1. Open the Transactional Analysis Samples folder. 2. Open a functional area folder, and click on a report. 3. Click the View link in the pop-up window. Example: View Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher reports: 1. Click on a report, or open a functional area folder and click on a report. 2. In the pop-up window, click the Schedule link to run the report. 3. Click the History link to view the report. Example: You can also find many of your analytics and reports in the Procurement Dashboard, or directly in the work areas where you need them most.
