3 Dealer Rate Exception Form (DREF) Usage Report We ve enhanced the Dealer Rate Exception Form (DREF) feature to include a valuable usage and compliance report. From the new DREF Usage report you can quickly determine which dealership users are following your dealership s fair credit compliance program by utilizing and reviewing the form, and other pertinent information. The DREF Usage report is organized by dealership user and includes two Action Required columns in red for both the DREF form usage and DREF forms reviewed. RouteOne November 2014 System Enhancements - 3
4 Dealer Rate Exception Form (DREF) Usage Report You may also obtain detailed contract information for each dealership user by clicking on the link within the Total Contracts column within the DREF report. The detail information includes the Applicant s Name, Finance Source, Standard and Final Markup, Deviation Reasons, and more. Only users with the Run Reports permission within RouteOne, will have access to the DREF Usage report, under the Reports tab within the Reports Menu. RouteOne November 2014 System Enhancements - 4

6 Wisconsin Spouse Conditional Requirements We ve enhanced our credit application to dynamically enable or disable the Wisconsin Spouse Disclosure fields based on the selection in the Martial Status and Relationship Code fields. If the Applicant and Co-Applicant are married or separated AND the Relationship Code is Spouse, the fields in the disclosure will be disabled and grayed out. If the Applicant is unmarried OR has a Co-Applicant AND the Relationship Code is Resides With, Parent, or Other, the fields in the disclosure will be enabled and highlighted in yellow as required fields. 7 Mobile Technologies: RouteOne App Enhancement We re enhancing our mobile application to include Apple IOS8 compatibility and improved performance and optimized display for the iphone and ipad. 8 Payoff Quote Results Page Enhancement We ve enhanced the Payoff Quote results page to hide blank fields not provided by the finance source. As a reminder, RouteOne does not verify the accuracy of the Payoff Quote information, as the results are provided by the finance source. RouteOne November 2014 System Enhancements - 8
9 Auction/Remarketing Vehicle Source Indicator We ve enhanced our vehicle valuations tools to better serve dealers by adding a Vehicle Source indicator to both the Credit Application and the Vehicle Values Valuation Manager to show which vehicles were purchased via Auction/Remarketing. The indicator will only display once a vehicle eligible for the incentives is added to the Credit Application. RouteOne November 2014 System Enhancements - 9
10 FMCC CommerciaLease (TRAC) We ve enhanced the FMCC CommerciaLease (TRAC) Cap Cost Worksheet to include two new pieces of functionality. The first is the ability to set and edit default tax configurations. The Default Tax Selections setup box below is found on the Preferences page under the Admin tab, and is only accessible by dealership system administrators (DSAs). Once setup, you also have the ability to change from your default tax configurations from the Cap Cost Worksheet. RouteOne November 2014 System Enhancements - 10
11 FMCC CommerciaLease (TRAC) The second new feature is the ability to save as a default worksheet for any particular customer. The new default worksheet information will include any updates made that differ from the original Credit Application. You can now retrieve new default values and have them populate in a new worksheet for a particular customer AND/OR reset the worksheet to the values from the original Credit Application. 12 Chrysler Credit Card Fulfillment Process Change Chrysler has implemented a significant change to the Chrysler Credit Card fulfillment process. Dealership users are now required to read the statement included within the Chrysler Credit Card Fulfillment page to each customer and receive verbal acceptance to submit a Chrysler Credit Card application for processing. Dealership users are required to read the statement below to each individual, ask if they agree to the statement, and obtain verbal acceptance before selecting the Accept Offer button to submit for processing. 13 Chrysler Credit Card Fulfillment New Required Field The Address field is now a required field when completing the Chrysler Credit Card Fulfillment page. Dealership users are required to obtain the Address within the Chrysler Credit Card Fulfillment page for each individual in order to submit any Chrysler Credit Card application for processing.
