Creates and maintains construction cost, schedule, and quality controls; act as intermediary between Owner, Design Professional, and Contractor(s). Provide estimates, review schedules, process project documents (change orders, requests for information, submittals, etc.), and conduct meetings. Minimum education is Bachelors Degree in related construction field and 8 years of experience. Office Engineer II Reports to Project Management team; process documents such as RFIs, change requests, etc.; competent in project management software applications; input data; provide general assistance to Project Manager I; prepares and publishes monthly reports including schedule, cost, and quality updates. Assumes greater responsibility than an Office Engineer I with minimal oversight from Project Manager I. Minimum education is Bachelors Degree in related construction field and 5 years of experience.
