23 Conclusion IoT Service creates new business value and connects all types of devices in a way that is safe and secure to create new value leading to a prosperous and innovative society. Several IoT use cases are appearing in real business, Agriculture ICT, Remote monitoring, Energy management, etc. Regarding IoT/M2M standardization activities, onem2m published the initial release package of specifications (use case, requirement, architecture, etc.), and ITU-T has been drafting several IoT/M2M recommendations. Interoperability issues is very important for IoT, because IoT includes all layers and supports various applications and devices. APT/ITU C&I event is one of opportunities for considering and confirming connection among various IoT applications, platforms and devices. Page 23 NEC Corporation 2014
