3 Program Overview The SOC Communications Ltd partner program makes it possible for you to set-up your own telecommunications company with very little outlay. Our large product portfolio will be available for you to utilise for any requirements that your customers may require. This means as a partner you have immediate access to the following products: PSTN Phone Lines (Standard analogue land lines) ADSL Broadband FTTC Fibre optic Broadband VoIP (Voice Over IP) Phone systems - including all required hardware Satellite Broadband As well as the large portfolio of telecomunications products offered by us the following extras are available to all our resellers at a discounted rate: Website Design Virtual head office address Low-cost meeting room hire Stationary design and low-cost printing Any stationary designed by SOC Communications Ltd will be avaliable to download from the partner portal
4 Installer Package The installer package will allow you to advertise all of SOC Communications Ltd s products. You will be contracted to install any packages you sell and given installation leads which come to us directly. As an installer you will be able to set your own rate with the customer for each job you do. You will be required however to ensure the customer knows you are not an employee or agent of SOC Communications Ltd. Worksheets will be provided to you for completion by the customer and must be signed and returned to SOC Communications Ltd.
5 Agent Package As an agent you will be able to sell all of SOC Communications Ltd s products and will receive a monthly commission based on the packages you have on your account. You will be granted a licence to use SOC Communications Ltd s trading styles, logos, and marketing materials in your own communications with customers. SOC Communications Ltd will maintain ownership of all customers and hold all responsibility for billing and supporting the end user. Your commission as an agent will be based on the amount of sales you process each month. You will only receive this one-off commission for each customer rather than owning the customer as a partner does. You will have access to the SOC Communications Ltd partner portal allowing you to: Upgrade to a partner package Download SOC Communications Ltd branded marketing material View customer numbers and commission amounts
6 Standard Partner Package The Standard Partner Package is a basic partner package with no up-front fee allowing you access to the full suite of products from SOC Communications Ltd, however this does not give you access to the extra features availiable to higher packages. This allows you to set your own prices and means you own your customers making you responsible for billing and first level support. The features of the Standard Partner Package are: Access to the full suite of products, including: PSTN Phone Lines ADSL & FTTC Broadband VoIP Phone Lines Satellite Internet You will also get access to the SOC Communications Ltd partner portal which will give you access to: 24/7/365 error reporting system to second line support teams Downloading of white label marketing resources A database containing details of all your customers Invoices and CDR s posted online each month allowing you to easily bill your customers
7 Advanced Partner Package The Advanced Partner Package is designed for companies that want to have their stationary designed by SOC Communications Ltd s in-house design team. The Advanced Partner Package has a setup fee this includes the fee for our in-house design team to design stationary for you. The stationary provided by SOC Communications Ltd includes: Fully Branded Marketing Pack Letterheads A5 Flyers Business Cards As well as all the features of the Standard Partner Package you will also have access to: Download fully branded stationary Discounted rate for hiring the SOC Communications Ltd meeting room
8 Premier Partner Package The Premier Partner Package is for companies that want their entire business managed by SOC Communications Ltd. The Premier Partner Package has a setup fee of and an ongoing fee of per month. This includes fees for designing your stationary and a website built and maintained by SOC Communications Ltd s in-house web development team, our design teams will work closely together to ensure that you have a consistent and professional business image. On top of the features of the Advanced Partner Package you can expect: Website designed and maintained by SOC Comminications Ltd Stationary designed by SOC Communications Ltd Free use of the SOC Communications Ltd virtual head office address A substantial discount on SOC Communications Ltd meeting room and desk space hire
9 Optional Extras The following optional extras are available to all SOC Communications Partners. Website Design Web design for resellers starts from depending on the features that you want. Our in-house web design team can create any size of site you desire just ask your account manager to find out more. Website Maintenance Web maintenance for resellers costs per month. This frees you from worrying about your website as SOC Communications in-house web development team will look after the day-to-day running of your site. This package can only be purchased if you have a site built by SOC Communications Ltd. Stationary Design Package The Stationary Design Package costs and is based on you providing basic details about your company as well as logo in a large format (see below for logo design services). Included in the stationary design is a fully branded marketing pack, letterheads, A5 flyers, and business cards. These can be downloaded from the partner portal. Stationary Printing Package The Stationary Printing Package costs and includes: 1x Branded marketing pack, 20x letterheads, 200x single sided A5 flyers, and 50x 350GSM Business cards Logo Design Logo design costs 99.99
