2 is a Quality and Environmental Management tool for SMEs. Quality and environmental systems help support SMEs in terms of competitiveness. has been conceived as a cloud tool that allows SMEs to include the corresponding models easily and in a cost effective manner. This solution groups 14 different models, addressing mandatory features in order to comply with the regulations in effect through three services: Integrated Management Module (14 modules), Quality Management System (10 modules) and Environmental Management System (13 modules). Features is an application that allows companies to adapt quickly via the web. Its main features are: Integration with employees, customers and vendors through mass imports executed with Excel files. Configuring and publishing employee and customer surveys. Defining and monitoring indicators and objectives by generating periodic alerts for supervisors. Managing different types of incidents (internal non-compliances, vendor noncompliances, corrective actions, etc.) from a number of sources (satisfaction surveys, training plans, audits, etc.). Allows registering consumption, hazardous and non-hazardous waste for operational control in organisations. Supports the creation of emergency plans and periodic simulation verifications according to defined action documents. Document management and signature control process. Creating audit plans and reports for completed audits. Registering and periodically assessing legal requirements. Registering and assessing vendors using different methodologies. Generating maintenance and calibration plans as well as periodically registering processes executed by employees. Generating reports for incidents, objectives, goals and satisfaction survey results. Defining and assessing environmental aspects using a methodology that allows different variables and assessments for real and potential environmental aspects to be established.

Does not require installation at the client site; the software is completed and ready for use. Time is saved in performing backups and in managing security requirements. These matters are delegated to technology companies that handle the necessary standards to guarantee data protection. Updates and software improvements are available to the customer immediately and at no additional cost. The customer is able to immediately benefit from using new functionality. CLOUD COMPUTING FLEXIBILITY TO RESOURCES, OPTIMIZE CAPACITY What is Cloud Computing? These services control network security, user identity and manage access to application resources.

6 Scheme of the Solution Service 3: Environmental Management System EMS This service groups a total of 13 modules.
7 HR Groups the functionality for managing employees, workstations, employee profiles, training plans and training unit reports, as well as for configuring and publishing employee surveys. Allows the creation (individual or through a mass data import with an Excel file) of employees. Assigning a single user to each employee in order to access the application. The employee can complete the surveys submitted to him/her. Customers Groups the functionality for managing customers and registering customerrelated incidents, as well as configuring and publishing surveys. Allows the creation (individual or through a mass data import with an Excel file) of customers. Customers receive surveys via and they are able to complete the surveys online using a security code. The application receives the survey results and generates general statistics. Vendors Groups the functionality for configuring product families, managing vendors, performing assessments and reassessments using four different methods, as well as registering vendor-related incidents. Allows the creation (individual or through a mass data import with an Excel file) of vendors. The four assessment and re-assessment methods are: Questionnaire, Purchase Log, Certification and Order Inspection.
8 Maintenance and Calibration This module integrates the functionality for managing inventory, managing Maintenance and Calibration Plans, creating records of scheduled and unscheduled Maintenance and Calibration, as well as generating incidents related to those records. Generating alerts for the individuals responsible for maintenance and calibration plans in order to execute them periodically. Environmental Aspects Groups the functionality for creating real and potential environmental aspects, assessing them according to the assessment criteria and their applicability, as well as managing incidents. The function of assessing environmental aspects can be fully configured by administration. It is possible to generate the number of variables (for example, frequency, seriousness, hazardousness) as well as the number of assessments used as the assessment scale (for example, 10, 20, 30). Operational Control Groups the functionality for managing consumption, hazardous waste and nonhazardous waste. Consumption, hazardous waste and non-hazardous waste are directly related to environmental aspects since a real environmental aspect associated to Environmental operational control will appear in the corresponding list for the records to be created. Operational control records can feed indicators
9 Legal Requirements This module groups the functionality for managing legal requirements, registering compliance assessments and generating incidents related to those assessments. Allows the creation (individual or through a mass data import with an Excel file) of legal requirements. Emergency plans Groups the functionality for managing the action documents in light of emergency situations, periodic verification plans, registering periodic verification reports and generating incidents related to those reports. When periodic verification plans are executed, employees registered in the application receive alerts in their home interface and via . Incident/accident management. Audits The Audit module groups the functionality for managing Audit plans, registering audits that are executed and generating related incidents. Audit plans can be linked to internal auditors (employees) or external auditors (vendors). When these plans are created, alerts are generated for the assigned auditors. An audit that has been executed can be directly related to a corrective action.
10 Incidents This module groups the functionality for creating and managing incidents with the various statuses (active, resolved and closed), as well as linking the assignments that are generated to employees (when they are responsible for executing the process or closing it). The types of Isocloud incidents are: internal non-compliance, vendor noncompliance, corrective actions, preventive actions and customer complaint. Incidents can be related to satisfaction surveys, audits, training plans, compliance with legal requirements, maintenance records, and tracking indicators and objectives, among others. Indicators / Obejectives This module groups the functionality for defining indicators, their variables, objectives and goals, as well as allowing to monitor them by providing logs, which are calculated manually or by manually registering the data from dates prior to the creation of the indicator, variable, objective or goal. Indicators can use the data registered in operational control as well as consumption, hazardous waste and non-hazardous waste data. In order to facilitate monitoring indicators, objectives and goals, alerts and assignments are periodically generated for supervisors so the required information is provided.
11 Document Manager: The Document manager allows: Uploading all types of documents. Launching signature control processes (document review and approval). Uploading and controlling document versions. Maintaining a log of changes made (new versions generated, changes in the document registry, etc.). Generating an organised structure of folders along with the availability of a space where employees may download the published versions. As part of the signature control process, review and approval supervisors receive alerts for executing the assigned activity. Reports Isocloud allows three types of custom reports to be generated: Incident reports, objectives and goals reports, as well as customer/employee satisfaction reports. Reports are initially generated through the application using search options (in the case of incidents, objectives and goals) and then (for all instances) reports can be generated in RTF format (Rich Text Format), which is compatible with word processing programs such as MS Word and OpenOffice.
