3 First Things First. Identify who in your organization has access to the NCQC PSO Safety Platform to: Add, edit, delete events View events Manage users Submit to PSO Identify who in your workforce knows your ERS system

10 Electronic Data Mapping Process PSO Member File Data Field Names (prepared from event reporting system and uploaded to NextPlane) NCQC PSO Data Field Names (AHRQ Common Format Compliant)

11 Easy Electronic Data Submission Prepare a File Export data from existing event reporting system into spreadsheet or text file format Login Login to NCQC web portal using secure username & password Upload Click upload and select the file prepared from local computer and click Import File Map Fields Process File Drag data elements from North Carolina PSO Event Reporting list and drop them on the matching fields from uploaded file. Once mapping is complete, process file through mapping template and into NCQC PSO database
