28 Implementation Strategy To explain further we will be initiating the Implementation Process in the following steps 1. Identification of a Designated Account Manager from influx (DAM) influx will designate an Account Manager from his end who will be responsible for handling all the communication as well as the total implementation process. Apart from the designated Account manager there will also be escalation points where by the customer can go to the higher level of managers in case of any dissatisfaction 2. Identification of a Responsible Contact from Client End (CCE) The Client will be requested to identify some key contacts who will be acting as the managers for assisting the implementation process. They will have to give all the relevant information to the influx Account Manager and also assist in getting any other information from any 3 rd parties if required 3. Hardware Set Up The Client will have to get the requisite hardware installed in their premises. The requisite softwares should also be installed and tested. CCE after installation should intimate DAM after completion

29 Implementation Strategy 4. Requirement Gathering DAM will be starting to work very closely with CCE to collect the relevant information required for the system to be implemented. This information will also contain all the vital information about the general accounting systems, procedures, clients, brokerage set ups of the company and it should be given after proper scrutiny. 5. Implementation DAM will now work with all the relevant information to set up the systems in place at the client. They will set up the server and the clients at various ends and also test run the systems 6. Training DAM will be providing detailed training about the day to day workings to CCE and the other designated staff. Please note that the systems are enormous and it is usually not possible for anybody to grasp all the options just by simple theoretical presentations. The DAM after the initial hand holding will also be providing day to day support and training for the entire systems. 7. Priority Support Apart from the regular guidance for the systems, the DAM will also be responsible for providing a complete software support to the client. We have a very good infrastructure to immediately support the client via Remote Tools and firstly as a priority service we try to provide clients the online support.
