18 case studies FSI has been a very effective partner, both here and in the UK. They ve been an absolutely vital element in pulling the whole project together. We spent a month thrashing through our requirements with them before starting, and we ve got an excellent project manager who was able to give them a very clear brief. Everything so far has been achieved on target, and they provide great support. ISS RNS It was important that the software supplier could support us through the data importing process which took some time. FSI had a very sound approach to the whole project. JBI FSI are good at telling us what s new in the system and it is being developed all the time. It s a much more proactive approach: they constantly help us or tell us what s possible. We have access to our own representative and we re always able to get hold of them. And their training facility is very good. They came to the airport to train our people on the live database rather than a simulation, which was much better. They listen to their customers too. London City Airport You always get little issues with a new system but FSI and Connexxion (FSI s delivery partner) have always been there to answer our questions. They respond straight away, are open to discussion and different views, and are really good with the tricky technical detail. Malthouse Theatre Our relationship with FSI as a supplier is very good.
