3 About Hawkins Construction, Inc. Hawkins Construction, Inc. is a full service General Contractor providing expertise in commercial construction throughout the southeastern United States. Founded in 1975, the firm specializes in commercial construction, including: offices, retail centers, banks, churches, medical facilities and schools. Staffed with over 20 licensed General Contractors, Hawkins responds to our client s total project needs. With a database of over 7,000 subcontractors who actively pursue work with Hawkins, we are able to insure competitive and timely completion of all of our projects. 9 St. Michaels Medical Center Clearwater, Florida - Hawkins Construction was chosen as the Construction Manager for this Medical Office Building project in Largo, Florida. Phase one consists of construction of a new 21,000 SF building and parking lot with landscaping. Phase two is the remodel of the existing 8,000 SF surgery center.

10 Mease Hospital Kitchen/Dietary Department Dunedin, Florida Hawkins Construction was chosen as the Construction Manager for the Mease Dunedin Hospital Kitchen and Dietary Depart-ment Renovation. This 15,000SF, multi-phased project consisted of a complete overhaul of all mechanical systems, equipment and existing finishes while providing temporary facilities, main-taining infection control measures, and participating in multiple AHCA inspections for occupancy.

12 Baylor Sleep Lab Plano, Texas - Baylor Health chose Hawkins Construction for the tenant upfit of their Sleep Study Lab. The facility is used for treatment of common sleep disorders. Most studies require an overnight stay in one of their comfortable private bedrooms. Throughout the night, trained polysomnographers monitor the activity of these sensors to help provide an accurate sleep recording. Closed-circuit television and sound recordings allow the patient to be seen and heard throughout the night.
