Summary Locally established, owned and operated, Northern Transportables is the Northern Territory's award-winning transportable building manufacturer. Through our head office, fabrication and manufacturing facility base at East Arm and our Hire Asset and RAAF Sales facility and site office at Pinelands, we service a wide range of Northern Territory based industries within the government, commercial and residential, mining and civil, oil, gas and energy sectors. At the forefront of the Territory's transportable manufacturing industry, we support the Territory economy and industries, 'Buying Local' to support local businesses, local suppliers and employing local labour where possible. Description Our portable building products are completely customisable to suit the specific needs of our clients. Typically these include office spaces, control rooms, mining camps, site huts, kitchen and crib facilities, laundry's and ablutions to residential dwellings, commercial accommodation, bunkhouses, classrooms and temporary buildings Our professional design team includes qualified structural drafters and building information modellers (BIM) to capture our client's vision. Northern Transportables offers a creative and innovative design experience through interactive 3D Modelling, involving our clients in the design process, every step of the way. Northern Transportables also offer a range of three and four bedroom second hand RAAF housing for sale. Our services include building upgrades, permits, certifications, transport and installation to certificate of occupancy stage. Our production team consists of skilled tradesmen, apprentices and trainees, transport and logistics staff supported by qualified professionals in areas such as structural drafting, BIM, accounting and finance, contract and project management, human resources, work health and safety, governance and risk management. Prefabricated and manufactured onsite from the ground up, our products are delivered Australia wide using our own fleet of NHVAS and WAHVAS accredited heavy vehicles and trailers. 03
