3 Safe surfaces - playgrounds Our company EWMET has been producing safe surfaces with attestation for over 10 years. We got appreciation from lots of prestigious companies. During 4 last years we have produced surfaces for almost 300 playgrounds. From the begining, From the beginning, we wanted to achieve the best quality. There are some components thanks to which we could reach this goal: - EPDM granulate (produced by Geyer & Hosaja) - polyurethane glue (by BSG) Because of the 13-years experience in rubber business, we selected perfect mixture with SBR granulate. It results in surfaces which production succeed among many clients.

Our well trained staff and 3-step quality control guarantee the reproducibility of the weight, overlay thickness and colour. Each slab has got 16 boreholes (4 on each side).

4 Happy School with EPDM overlay One of our novelty is applying "the whole slab" with the shape of "a bar of chocolate" at the bottom. This technology helps laying the surface not only on concrete floor but also on compacted ground. Our well trained staff and 3-step quality control guarantee the reproducibility of the weight, overlay thickness and colour. Each slab has got 16 boreholes (4 on each side). We give you 3-year guarantee on our products with possibility of extending it to even 5 years. 5 Alternative playrounds - based on SBR granulate Safe surface with coloured overlay is the alternative way for expensive EPDM slabs. When it comes to talk about the differences between SBR and EPDM, the EPDM one is the ministerial requirement in HAPPY SCHOOL project. They said that there is a need to apply EPDM granulate in the front of the slab. That's why the price of such slab is much higher because of the use expensive EDPM granulate. We offer 3-year warranty on durability on the slabs and 1 year on the durability of the colour. It's worth saying that there is no need to buy EPDM surface for investment which don't demand that. That's why we offer cheaper surface based on SBR granulate. We colour such surface with inorganic pigment. The final effect is almost identic like in the case of EPDM slabs. Both surfaces have got the same properties: they are resistant to UV radiation, they slightly decolourise on the whole area after years. The main difference between these two types, is applying the overlay which is coloured with inorganic pigment. It results in more affordable price (even 70% lower). 7 Sport surfaces (fitness, gym, crossfit) This product is based on rubber granulates (from recycled tires) which were not used on the roads. It is required by PZH (National Institute of Hygiene) to use it inside buildings. Thanks to this method of using high temperature technique and compressing (400atm), we are able to produce over 12 thousands sqm per month. In spite of such a big efficiency, we are able to get full duplication. We also keep low-mistake toleration- we do not overcome 1 millimeter (it refers to thickness, wide / height and connections between tiles). We get such accuracy by cutting tiles by "cold-technique" when the tiles get the right size- after cooling off - we cut them by proper knife in a shape of puzzle / square. All the puzzles / squares are cut by the same proper knife - it guarantees a high quality of the accuracy. This product is safe and dedicated to inner areas (it is confirmed by PZH). To set up our product, we just need to prepare planar ground. Rubber behaves similarly to other fitness / gym surfaces - it reacts on temperature, that is why we recommend to leave small space between plates and walls (1-2 centimeter each side).

As we only choose the best components and well prepared technics & methods we gain the product of high quality. Our product is based on SBR granulate thanks to this it is waterpermeability. This kind of surface is really comfortable for animals. It isolates from the concrete foundation and cold. It also protect from the bacteria on the ground. This mat is slip-resistant which is very important not only for the animals but also for breeders. Our mats are hygienic, it is easy to clean them what is more, they don't damp off. The new technics help to waste removal because of the bottom shape which we call "a bar of chocolate". Precision of these mats and their weight guarantee stability, safety and reliability for years. Daily cleaning will become much more easier. You only have to sluice out the surface with high- pressured water once a week.
