4 Crofton (Pent Roof) The Crofton is an ideal garage that appeals to many of today s homeowners due to its modern and practical design, as well as it being an extremely cost effective option. It has a generous rearward sloping roof fitted with 5 heavy duty profile non asbestos fibre cement roofsheets that are fixed onto the painted steel roof trusses. In addition a Garador British fully retractable steel framed up and over door is included as standard with every Dencroft garage. 6 Carston (Apex Roof) The Carston garage has become an extremely popular design with both modern and traditional properties. The design incorporates an Apex roof which is manufactured to provide maximum strength, durability and improved drainage properties with the advantage of an extra storage area in the roof space. 7 The Apex roof is constructed using a steel A frame with treated timber purlins, clad with 5 heavy duty profile non asbestos fibre cement roofsheets and capped with galvanised steel ridging. In addition the design also has the option of a traditional real or simulated tiled roof. 8 Bespoke Designs The Dencroft range of garages can be made to any size or specification and all doors, windows and front fascias are fully interchangeable with any garage. In addition to the standard garage range available, Dencroft can also design, manufacture and install a variety of bespoke garages that will complement your home and lifestyle. Our knowledgeable, experienced and friendly team are available to discuss your specific requirements at any time. For example: Denbrick Denstone 7 Denstone (weathered stone effect) Denbrick The Denbrick design is produced in line with the requirements of your house. Using a patented rendering system, the Dencroft range of garages can be faced with this brick finish which is available in a wide range of colours to suit your requirements. The system has been extensively used for over 20 years and is composed of acrylic resins, polymers and coloured aggregates. Denstone The Denstone finish is the same patented system and material as the Denbrick finish, together with the advantage of being fashioned to simulate a stone effect. The finish can be produced in line with the colour of your house.

10 Accessories Dencroft Garages can also provide you with a wide variety of garage accessories including doors, windows and roof tiles etc. Doors Standard Range Features A vast range of doors are available including steel or timber traditional hinged doors. In addition we can provide timber, GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) and UPVC up and over doors, together with our standard range of steel up and over doors by Garador, the UK s premier garage door manufacturer. Secure parking position Personal Doors Allowing easy access to either side or rear of the garage, the Dencroft range of Personal Doors is available in a choice of red cedar stain timber and fully finished powder coated galvanised steel. Deluxe timber personal door Vertical steel personal door 4-point locking kit (optional) Windows Roofing Guttering 9 Standard timber in 2ft or 4ft widths, fixed or opening. UPVC double glazed windows are also available. Standard (see Specification) other alternatives are Terracotta red corrugated cement sheets, galvanised steel sheets, plastic coated steel sheets (various colours), steel tile effect sheets or traditional concrete real tiled roofs. In addition translucent roof sheets can be fitted in place of a standard sheet to provide natural light. Maintenance-free 112mm Black vinyl gutters complete with 68mm downpipe and fixings can be specified on all models. Foam eaves fillers are fitted free by Dencroft.

11 Specification Walls The walls are the most important aspects of your new garage. Dencroft garages are constructed using our advanced TONGUED & GROOVED INTERLOCKING PANELS. This provides added strength, rigidity and a weather proof joint. The panels are machine vibrated and reinforced with high yield steel to give an exceptionally strong concrete panel. The facing finish can vary - see brochure. Photographs demonstrate TONGUED & GROOVED INTERLOCKING PANELS which are bolted together with 6mm thick zinc plated bolts. Unique base unit Dencroft Unique Base Unit Available on 7ft eaves models only, the panels are positioned on a steel reinforced concrete foundation unit which provides extra strength and support at the base. The unit allows for minor variations in the level of the base and enables greater alignment flexibility during the installation process. Roofing The roof is manufactured using a 5 heavy duty corrugated cement fibre roof sheet (non asbestos). The maintenance free sheets are non combustible and will not rust, rot or corrode. The sheets also partially breathe which reduces the internal moisture and minimises the chance of condensation. Each sheet is securely fitted onto specially engineered steel angle trusses which come treated with bitumen paint for long life. All Dencroft garages are supplied with eaves fillers as standard to protect against extreme weather conditions. Standard grey Optional red Doors All doors fitted to Dencroft garages are (in our opinion) the best on the market with up to date features such as multi point high security locking and galvanised steel with powder coated finish on our steel doors as standard (see brochure for further options). General All timber is treated with an attractive wood preservative. Fixings are all galvanised or zinc plated and roofing bolts incorporate rubber or plastic sealing washers. On all models Eaves fillers are fitted as standard. This is a preformed polyethylene foam filler which fills the gaps where the roof sheets meet the top of the wall and provides complete weather and draft protection. 10
