PROVIDE WITH ASPHALT SHINGLES TO MATCH BUILDING, BUILT IN WOOD BENCHES AND A 42" WOOD RAILING AROUND THE PERIMETER. B.) PROVIDE 10'X10' PREFABRICATED STORAGE SHED ON CONCRETE SLAB WITH CONCRETE WALK. PROVIDE WITH SIDING TO MATCH BUILDING. 2. SHEET A201 ELEVATIONS - REPLACE ALL REFERENCES TO DOUBLE 4 LAP VINYL SIDING AND REPLACE WITH 6" JAMES HARDIE FIBER CEMENT BOARD LAP SIDING. USE 1

Product Data: Indicate door core materials and construction; veneer species, type and characteristics. C. Specimen warranty. D. Shop Drawings: Illustrate door opening criteria, elevations, sizes, types, swings, undercuts required, special beveling, special blocking for hardware, factory machining criteria, factory finishing criteria, identify cutouts for glazing. E. Samples: Submit two samples of door veneer, 6x6 inch in size illustrating wood grain, stain color, and sheen. F. Manufacturer's Installation Instructions: Indicate special installation instructions. G. Warranty, executed in Owner's name QUALITY ASSURANCE A. Maintain one copy of the specified door quality standard on site for review during installation and finishing. B. Manufacturer Qualifications: Company specializing in manufacturing the products specified in this section with minimum three years of experience. C. Installed Fire Rated Door Assembly: Conform to NFPA 80 for fire rated class as indicated DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING A. Package, deliver and store doors in accordance with specified quality standard. B. Accept doors on site in manufacturer's packaging. Inspect for damage. December

4 C. Protect doors with resilient packaging sealed with heat shrunk plastic. Do not store in damp or wet areas; or in areas where sunlight might bleach veneer. Seal top and bottom edges with tinted sealer if stored more than one week. Break seal on site to permit ventilation PROJECT CONDITIONS A. Coordinate the work with door opening construction, door frame and door hardware installation WARRANTY A. See Section Closeout Submittals for additional warranty requirements. B. Interior Doors: Provide manufacturer's warranty for the life of the installation. C. Provide warranty for the following term: 1. Interior Doors: Life of installation. D. Include coverage for delamination of veneer, warping beyond specified installation tolerances, defective materials, and telegraphing core construction. PART 2 PRODUCTS 2.01 MANUFACTURERS A. Wood Veneer Faced Doors: B. Wood Veneer Faced Doors at all common aarea locations and all unit doors, including bifold doors: 1. Graham Wood Doors: Custom Door Prefinished with Plain Sliced Birch; 2. Substitutions: See Section Product Requirements. C. Exterior In-Swing Patio Doors 1. Jeld-Wen Windows and Doors. Auralast Pine Siteline EX Patio Doors; DOORS A. All Doors: See drawings for locations and additional requirements. 1. Quality Level: Premium Grade, in accordance with AWI/AWMAC/WI Architectural Woodwork Standards. 2. Wood Veneer Faced Doors: 5-ply unless otherwise indicated. B. Exterior Patio Doors: Single Swing Commercial Width In-Swing Patio Door with Handicap Sill. 1. Thickness: 1-3/4 inches, unless otherwise indicated. 2. Facing: Wood veneer with factory opaque finish selected from manufacturer's standard pre-finished options. 3. Glazing shall be 3/4" Insulated glass with Low-E with Argon fill. Both glass panes shall be tempered. 4. Provide outward swing exterior insect screen door with ADA compliant Hardware 5. Interior Doors: 1-3/4 inches thick unless otherwise indicated; flush construction. 1. Provide solid core doors at all locations. 2. Fire Rated Doors: Tested to ratings indicated on drawings in accordance with International Building Code ("positive pressure"); UL labeled without any visible seals when door is open. 3. 5 4. Embossed Hardboard facing with factory finish to match prehung door frames DOOR AND PANEL CORES A. Non-Rated Solid Core and 20 Minute Rated Doors: Type particleboard core (PC), plies and faces as indicated above. B. Fire Rated Doors: Mineral core, Type FD, plies and faces as indicated above; with core blocking as required to provide adequate anchorage of hardware without through-bolting DOOR FACINGS A. Wood Veneer Facing for Transparent Finish: Species as specified above, veneer grade as specified by quality standard, plain sliced, book veneer match, running assembly match; unless otherwise indicated. 1. Vertical Edges: Any option allowed by quality standard for grade. 2. Pairs: Pair match each pair; set match pairs within 10 feet of each other when doors are closed. B. Veneer Facing for Opaque Finish: Medium density overlaid plywood. C. Hardboard Facing for Opaque Finish: AHA A135.4, Class 2 - Standard, S2S (smooth two sides) hardboard, composition face, 1/8 inch thick ACCESSORIES A. Glazing Stops: Aluminum channel shape, mitered corners; prepared for countersink style tamper proof screws as required to meet door ratings DOOR CONSTRUCTION A. Fabricate doors in accordance with door quality standard specified. B. Cores Constructed with stiles and rails: C. Provide solid blocks at lock edge and top of door for closer for hardware reinforcement. 1. Provide solid blocking for other throughbolted hardware. D. Fit door edge trim to edge of stiles after applying veneer facing. E. Factory machine doors for hardware other than surface-mounted hardware, in accordance with hardware requirements and dimensions. F. Factory fit doors for frame opening dimensions identified on shop drawings, with edge clearances in accordance with specified quality standard. 1. Exception: Doors to be field finished. G. Factory Bevel doors. H. Cut and configure exterior door edge to receive recessed intumescent devices. I. Provide edge clearances in accordance with the quality standard specified. PART 3 EXECUTION 3.01 EXAMINATION A. Verify existing conditions before starting work. B. Verify that opening sizes and tolerances are acceptable. C. Do not install doors in frame openings that are not plumb or are out-of-tolerance for size or alignment INSTALLATION A. Install doors in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and specified quality standard. 1. Install fire-rated doors in accordance with NFPA 80 requirements. B. Use machine tools to cut or drill for hardware. C. Coordinate installation of doors with installation of frames and hardware. D. Coordinate installation of glazing. December
