1 1.1 SCHEDULE OF RATES SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING & COMMISSIONING OF 8A RATING, MMO VERTICAL ANODE BED: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 8 A rating, MMO tubular anode in vertical type anode bed of 6 mtrs deep made with MS CASING 200mm OD, min 4.5mm thickness X 6 mtrs long. Total active length of Anode bed 3 m and for the inactive length should be shrouded with PVC/HDPE pipe 250mm x 2mm thickness (up to MS cover top) and lowering of Anode with centraliser. The job also includes boring upto 6 mtrs from ground level (excluding concreting and brick pitching thickness), supply & backfilling with coke breeze up to Top of casing pipe ( LORESCO SC-2 - Super conducting earth contact backfill), termination of cable inside anode junction box, preparation of RCC pit along with top MS cover for anode bed, providing PVC pipe of min 1" for ventilation or watering purpose, restoration, backfilling etc complete with all materials required. MMO Anode shall be supplied with sufficient length of Anode tail cable length of 10 sqmm, PVDF/HMWPE copper cable for soil application Work shall be complete in all respect as per specification, drawings, scope of work defined in tender document, and including all the tools tackeles, labour, material etc complete in all respects as per of direction of EIC. 2 1.2 SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING & COMMISSIONING OF 8A - RATING, MMO HORIZONTAL ANODE BED: Supply,installation, testing and commissioning of 8A rating, MMO tubular anode in horizontal canistered type anode bed of 1.5 mtrs depth from Ground level or up to pipeline depth level (minimum) size 200 mm OD X 1750 mm long (min). The job also includes excavation upto 1.5 mtrs from ground level ( excluding concreting and brick pitching thickness), supply & backfilling with coke breeze ( LORESCO SC-2 - Super conducting earth contact backfill), termination of cable inside anode junction box, providing PVC pipe of min 1" for ventilation or watering purpose, restoration, backfilling etc complete with all materials required. MMO Anode shall be supplied with sufficient length of Anode tail cable length of 10 sqmm, PVDF/HMWPE copper cable for soil application. Work shall be complete in all respect as per specification, drawings (indicative), scope of work defined in tender document, and including all the tools tackles, labour, material etc complete in all respects as per of direction of EIC. 10

3 1.3 SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING & COMMISSIONING OF 8A x 4 - RATING, MMO SEMI DEEP ANODE BED: Supply,installation, testing and commissioning of Semi deepwell anode bed of 24 mtrs depth MS CASING 200mm OD, min 4.5mm thickness X 24 mtrs long. Total active length of Anode bed 12 m and for the inactive length should be shrouded with PVC/HDPE pipe of 250mm x 2mm thickness (up to MS cover top), Contains 4 Nos of Anode with 1C x10 sq.mm PVDF/HMWPE copper cable of suitable length. The job also includes boring upto 24 mtrs, fixing of dead weight to anode with centraliser, supply & backfilling with coke breeze up to Top of casing pipe ( LORESCO SC-2 - Super conducting earth contact backfill), individual lead/tail cable of each anode to be brought up to Junction box with termination & connection, glanding etc ( for measurement of individual current), preparation of RCC pit along with top MS cover for anode, providing PVC pipe of min 1" for ventilation or watering purpose, restoration, backfilling etc complete with all materials required. Work shall be complete in all respect as per specification, drawings, scope of work defined in tender document, and including all the tools tackeles, labour, material etc complete in all respects as per of direction of EIC. 4 1.4 SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING & COMMISSIONING OF 8A x 4 - RATING, MMO SEMI DEEP ANODE BED: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Semi deep well anode bed of 36 mtrs. depth MS CASING 200mm OD, min 4.5mm thickness X 36 mtrs. long. Total active length of Anode bed 12 m and for the inactive length should be shrouded with PVC/HDPE pipe of 250mm x 2mm thickness (up to MS cover top), Contains 4 Nos. of Anode with 1C x10 sq.mm PVDF/HMWPE copper cable of suitable length. The job also includes boring upto 36 mtrs, fixing of dead weight to anode with centraliser, supply & backfilling with coke breeze up to Top of casing pipe( LORESCO SC-2 - Super conducting earth contact backfill), individual lead/tail cable of each anode to be brought up to Junction box with termination & connection, glanding etc. ( for measurement of individual current), preparation of RCC pit along with top MS cover for anode, providing PVC pipe of min 1" for ventilation or watering purpose, restoration, backfilling etc. complete with all materials required. Work shall be complete in all respect as per specification, drawings, scope of work defined in tender document, and including all the tools tackles, labour, material etc. complete in all respects as per of direction of EIC. 5 2 Supply and Installation of MMO wire anode inside piping trench in plant area, excavation of trench and backfilling with sand/soil including brick cover after laying of anode, as per specification, drawing and direction of Engineer-in charge.factory coke backfilled fabric jacketed MMO Wire anode 50mA/m current output capacity, piggyback connected with anode lead cable, PVDF/HMWPE copper cable of suitable length up to JB,one layer of brick to be provided along the anode string for mechanical protection, Work shall be complete in all respect as per specification, drawings, scope of work defined in tender document, and including all the tools tackeles, labour, material etc complete in all respects as per of direction of EIC. Meter Supply, installation Cable splice kit for anode lead cable to anode string joints. Each SUPPLY AND MAKING CABLE JOINT: Supply and making cable to cable joint with Raychem or 3 M Scotchcast case inline resin splicing kit. The materials using for joint shall be tinned copper lugs, SS stud/nut/washer and completely encapsulated for preparation of anode cable joint of 10 sqmm, single core copper conductor cable. SUPPLY, LAYING, TERMINATION & COMMISSIONING OF CABLES : Each 150

6 KV grade, 10 sqmm, single core PVDF insulated, HMWPE sheathed, stranded copper un armoured cable.supply and Laying including back filling, arrangement of Nullah/Road Crossing by using proper size Conduit for each cable including restoration of any damage of Nullah/road crossing, clamping cables at cable/pipe racks and structures wherever existing, GI conduit under RCC pavement, or laying through cable trenches or cable tray inside plant, supply and installation of all accessories required for cable laying including cable markers etc. complete and including all labours and materials as per specification and scope defined in the tender document. Meter KV grade, 4 sqmm, single core XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed screened, stranded copper armoured cable.supply and Laying of following cables including back filling, arrangement of Nullah/Road Crossing by using proper size Conduit for each cable including restoration of any damage of Nullah/road crossing, clamping cables at cable/pipe racks and structures wherever existing, GI conduit under RCC pavement, or laying through cable trenches or cable tray inside plant, supply and installation of all accessories required for cable laying including cable markers etc. complete and including all labours and materials as per specification and scope defined in the tender document. 7 KV grade, 35 sqmm, single core XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, stranded copper armoured cable.supply and Laying of following cables including back filling, arrangement of Nullah/Road Crossing by using proper size Conduit for each cable including restoration of any damage of Nullah/road crossing, clamping cables at cable/pipe racks and structures wherever existing, GI conduit under RCC pavement, or laying through cable trenches or cable tray inside plant, supply and installation of all accessories required for cable laying including cable markers etc. complete and including all labours and materials as per specification and scope defined in the tender document. Meter KV grade, 3C*35 sqmm XLPE/ PVC sheathed, Aluminium Conductor, AL armoured ISI cable.supply and Laying of following cables including back filling, arrangement of Nullah/Road Crossing by using proper size PVC conduit pipe for each cable including restoration of any damage of Nullah/road crossing, clamping cables at cable/pipe racks and structures wherever existing, laying through GI conduit under RCC pavement, laying through existing cable trench or cable tray inside/outside substation building, supply and installation of all accessories required for cable laying including cable markers etc. complete and including all labours and materials as per specification and scope defined in the tender document. 8 7 Supply & installation of flameproof double compression glands including termination, lugging, crimping of cable inside junction boxes of following sizes- 7.1 Flameproof double compression glands suitable of 1Cx 10mm2 cable Each Flameproof double compression glands suitable of 1Cx 4 mm2 cable Each Flameproof double compression glands suitable of 1Cx 35 mm2 cable Each SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF Cu/CuSO4 PERMANENT REFERENCE CELL: Supply and installation of Cu/CuSO4 permanent reference cell having stability of +/- 10mV with 3 micro amp load. The cell should be place in corrugated PVC pipe of 80 mm dia, 2.0 mtrs long for test point along with backfilled material like bentonite etc. This also includes supply of required Qty, jointing (MAKE: RAYCHEM OR 3M) of 4 sqmm PVC insulated, XLPE sheathed, Cu conductor cable with reference, excavation & back filling, tools, tackles, all other consumable/ material required to carry out the job as per technical specification, scope of work, drawings defined in the Tender document and as per direction of EIC. INSTALLATION OF Cu/CuSO4 PERMANENT REFERENCE CELL: Installation of Cu/CuSO4 permanent reference cell The supply of permanent reference cell shall be in the scope of GAIL. Each 165 Each 60

9 10 11 SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF CABLE TO PIPE JOINT BY PIN BRAZING: Supply of material for cable to pipe joint Single core cable by pin brazing. It includes installation of cable to pipe joint for single core cable by pin brazing. The job involves connection of cable with pipe by pin brazing method as per approved procedure, drawings, specifications defined in the Tender document and the directions of EIC. This also includes excavation & backfilling, labour, tools, tackles, supply of welding material and all other consumable/material required to carry out the job. INSTALLATION OF CABLE TO PIPE JOINT MAKE ERICO: Installation of cable to pipe joint make ERICO for single core cable by thermit welding including supply of all consumable, labour etc. The job involves connection of cable with pipe by thermit welding method as per approved procedure and the directions of EIC. This includes excavation & backfilling, labour, tools, tackles etc. Each 120 Each Supply, installation, testing and comissioning of junction boxes excluding laying of cables, including connection, termination and glanding of cables at junction box end for +ve header, drainage, measurement, reference cell, anode lead cables, including supporting and mounting arrangements for junction box related civil/foundation works (wherever applicable), excavation of concrete pavement/soil whichever existing for installation, backfilling, and restoration of the concrete pavement as per original wherever existing after completion of works etc. complete and including all labour/material as per specifications, drawings and direction of Engineer -in-charge.
