The Switch shall be in a separate box and the Sockets shall be in separate Box. The rates quoted shall be inclusive of the inter-connecting wiring between the switch and the 9 Earthings/TELEVISION POINTS : a. 4 11 Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning on Maintenance Sets free Chemical Earth Electrodes complying with the latest version of IS 3043 / IEC / IEEE Specifications. The Earth Electrode shall be with 3 M long, 17 mm. dia high tensile strength, copper bonded Steel Rods coated with minimum 250 micron pure eletrolytic Copper. Soil enrichment compound in quantities not less than 10 Kgs shall be used and the Earth Pit shall be backfilled with good quality soil without any Stones / Granules / Sand etc. The Earth Station shall be provided with suitable requisite Copper / GI terminals, 450 x 450 mm brick masonary chamber with CI / stone / MS chequer-plate with angle-iron hinged frame- 1
