5 Standard Inclusions & Exclusions Although we have a fantastic range of 1,2 and 3 bedroom designs, we don t believe in a one size fits all solution. We understand that everyone s needs, property and budget is different and therefore we give each of our customers the opportunity to CHOOSE one of our designs, or work with our team of architects to MODIFY one of our standard designs or CUSTOM design a new Granny Flat to suit your requirements. And the best part is that it doesn t cost you any extra to do this. Standard Internal Inclusions Each Bedroom - Built in wardrobes with mirrored or plain sliding doors (2) with shelves, drawers & hanging rails.
