DIFFERENT GRADE MUST BE SEPARATED BY CRAFT PAPER AND/OR DUNNAGE. WHITE RICE: PACKING 1,000KGS= 5,800.00MT WHITE RICE: PACKING 30KGS= MT GLUTINOUS RICE: PACKING 30KGS= MT TOTAL= 6,800.00MT b) LOADING PORT: 1SP 1SB OF BANGKOK, THAILAND (INTENTION AT BKK WHARF-19A). c) FUMIGATION: 1SP 1SA OF KOH SICHANG, THAILAND. Fumigation of cargo at loading port to be arranged by Charterers at their expenses, but Owners to allow maximum total 5 days free time (3 days fumigation and 2 days for gas drainage). d) DISCHARGING PORT: 1SB 1SP OF NAHA, JAPAN. e) CHARTERERS: MARUBENI CORPORATION. SHIPPERS: REVERTING. f) LAY/CAN: 25-31/MAY/2012. g) B/L FORM: MITSUI O.S.K. KINKAI, LTD. h) TERMS: F.I.O.S.T./ C.Q.D. AT BOTH ENDS. i) Dunnage: Dunnage of woods/ mats/ rope slings etc. including labours laying cost to be for Charterers account, however dunnage/ woods/ mats/ rope slings etc to be supplied by Owners on behalf of Charterers. Vessels whole tank tops to be fully protected by dunnage mats/ frames/side sparrings in holds to be fully covered by craft paper upto height of cargo, then after completion of loading, all cargoes to be covered by craft papers. Disposal of dunnage materials & fumigation horses at discharging port to be done by vessels crew at the vessels account. j) Light & Gears: 1

2 Whenever required, vessel shall supply free use of lights as on board but sufficient to carry on night work provided described as geared. Vessel shall have valid cargo gear/ winch certificates on board and whenever required, shall supply free use of such cargo handling gear, in good working order, with the necessary motive power, and/or runners, ropes and slings as on board. Shore hands shall be used to drive the gear, at Shippers/ Charterers/ Receivers account but always under Masters supervision. Any time actually lost on account of breakdown of vessels gear and any stevedores standby time charges incurred thereby shall be for Owners account. k) MECHANICAL VENTILATION Owners shall instruct the Master to operate mechanical ventilation after sailing from Koh Sichang (place of fumigation) until commencement of discharge as far as weather permit. l) CARGO CARE: Owners shall instruct the Master to give daily report to Charterers of cargo temperature together with cargo condition during navigation to discharging port, same time ships crew shall wipe off if any sweat and/or any leakage of seawater on inside of hatch covers and/or side sparrings (both starboard/ portside) in holds. m) HATCH OPERATION: All opening/ closing of hatches also replacement of hatch boards/ beams at loading and discharging ports to be performed vessels crew at Owners expenses, provided shore regulations permit. n) HATCH WATER-PROOF TEST: The Charterers have the privilege of ordering a hatch water proof test (horse test or chalk test) prior to commencement of loading at Charterers account. The Master to provide every facility to the Charterers and their surveyor to carry out such test. o) TALLYING: Shipside/ Dockside tally at both ends to be for Owners/ Charterers account respectively. Shipside tally to be compulsory carried out by official tally company (vessels crew can not act on behalf of Owners). p) DELIVERY OF CARGO WITHOUT Bs/L: If original Bills of Lading is not available before commencing discharge of cargo, Owners to instruct the Master to deliver the cargo to the Receivers without production of original Bills of Lading against Owners P & I Club letter of indemnity signed by Charterers only. q) AGENCY: At loading and discharging ports, the vessel to be consigned to the agents appointed by Owners. r) N.O.R. AT LOADING PORT: Vessels written notice of readiness to load shall be tendered at the office of Shippers/ Charterers or their agents not later than 5 PM except Sunday and Holidays, or not later than noon or Saturdays unless a holiday. s) N.O.R.
