Pipes, fittings, valves and special parts are especially suitable for this applications. Due to the excellent weldability different joining technologies are applicable, e.g. heating element butt - or electrofusion welding. All PE 100 pipes and fittings are made of materials that are listed at the PE 100+ association.

OD 20 mm - OD 225 mm Sureline Pipes (PE 100 RC) These pipes are suitable and highly recommended for alternative installation methods. Sureline pipes are co-extruded solid wall pipes with a dimensionally integrated orange coloured signal layer or black with orange stripes for gas applications. Due to the use of high-grade PE 100 RC materials they offer an optimum protection against point loads, crack initiation, slow crack growth and damages on the outside. 6 Tapping saddle Tapping saddles are produced in a similar way to electrofusion fittings. They are made with an entirely embedded resistance wire in a fully automated injection moulding.
