ITCC also provides complete Typical Fence Systems of chain link security fencing that combine strength with most cost effective mean according to customers special requirements and needs. Fencing mainly consists of four elements in which all are available in Hot Dipped Galvanized &/or PVC coat/uv paint coat : Structure Fabric Fittings Gates * The Structure is a tubular and corner steel framework and consists of four components : Corner/End Straining Posts, Intermediate Line Posts, Brace/Top Rail Posts, and Gate Posts. * The Fabric consists of four components : Chain Link, Barbed Wire, Concertina Razor, and Tension Wire. * The Fittings are the accessories hardware used for the assembly of the fabric on the framework and are available in both heavy & light systems. * The Gates are provided in single/double/sliding bolted/welded construction systems. Zinc-Tech is manufactured with cold-formed steel which provides high yield and tensile strenght, followed by a uniform Tripple Layer of Corrosion protection. Zinc-Tech has a superior strength in gauge & weight and is as much as 33% Stronger than Schedule40 Clear Organic Coating &/or UV Paint Coat Conversion Coating HDG Zinc Flo-coat Conforms To Astm B6 Black Steel Pipe Conforms To Astm 53 Cold-formed Steel Providing High Yield & Tensile Strenght TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: Steel: Zinc: Black steel strip used in the manufacturing of pipe conforms to ASTM A53 and is cold rolled forming with minimum yield stength of 50,000 PSI. Continous Hot-Dipped Galvanized coating on OD is high grade and special high grade Zinc conforms to ASTM B6. Zinc-rich ID coating protects against condensation build-up that causes the pipe to rust. Conversion Coating: The conversion coating is applied over the surface of the Zinc to enhance corrosion reisistance. Organic Clear Coating: The organic clear coating is applied over the conversion coating, is manufatured from high grade raw materials that maintains a shiny appearance in all climates and under the most severe atmospheric conditions.
