The Eclipse is an economical version of the Exempla panel system, constructed from a welded mesh panel with longitudinal profiles that forms a rigid fence. Eclipse panels can be fitted to standard section steel posts and purpose made posts. Galvanised and polyester powder-coated, after stringent cleaning and treatment, to give a high adhered coating in green RAL 6005 (full spectrum of colours available subject to quantity and price). Other requirements: PPC Colour Green RAL Sheardrive fixing if required instead of pin hex. * See specification, above, for available heights. ** Depending on fence height Eclipse posts and clamps For the Eclipse profiled panel system, CLD have developed a unique style of individually clipping the panels to the posts, using a preformed clip which clamps the panel securely to the posts by fitting across the front and then down the side to prevent wires being prized out. The clip is then fixed into place using a tamper resistant bolt which screws into an insert in the face of the post. These clips are strategically spaced apart depending on the height of the panel to maximise security and to allow stepping of panels for the accommodation of sloping ground. The RHS posts are supplied with between 5 and 7 individual clips (depending upon height) which are fixed into place using an M8 x 40 pin hex security bolt secured into a threaded insert. Alternative method of fixing is available as Sheardrive or through fixing cup square bolts and shear-nuts. Corners require two off standard posts. All posts are hot dipped galvanised and polyester powder coated to give a durable finish. The clips are galvanised and then powder coated to match post colour. All posts are supplied hot dipped galvanised and polyester powder-coated to give a durable quality finish. Fasteners are supplied galvanised. Dulok-Lite double wire panel system detail The Dulok-Lite double wire panel system is a flat panel, constructed from twin wire 6 mm diameter horizontal wires either side of a 5 mm diameter vertical wire creating a strong rigid fence when fitted to a RHS post. Complete with an anti-vandal fastener, installed with either a battery-powered driver or traditional tools, this system offers a rapid and secure installation. The RHS posts are supplied with between 5 and 7 individual clips (depending upon height) which are fixed into place using an M8 x 40 pin hex security bolt secured into a threaded insert. Alternative method of fixing is available as Sheardrive or through fixing cup square bolts and shear-nuts. Corners require two off standard posts. This gives rise to an attractive stripped effect that is also difficult to scale. Complete with an anti-vandal fastener, installed with either a battery-powered driver or traditional tools, this system offers a rapid and secure installation. The posts are supplied complete with a full-length flat clamp bar and M8 x 40 mm pin hex dome-head security screws, or Sheardrive bolts (see below). The rigid mesh panels are fixed with the standard CLD clamp bar and through fixings. With Dulok gates the panel is welded in prior to hot dip galvanising and PPC. All hinges are of the anti-lift-off type and adjustable, and the gates back-hung. LockMaster gates are fitted with the CLD LockMaster type locking mechanism, an integral swing bolt lockcase complete with a eurocylinder eliminating footholds and providing a facility that can be suited with most modern door lock systems or one of the many lock arrangements from the Locinox range. The gates are supplied with steel drop bolt sockets to be set in concrete. The drop bolts are lockable in both closed and open positions. Automated SlideMaster in open position The CLD SlideMaster cantilevered and tracked sliding gates are made to order and can be supplied with a height of up to 3.0 m with a drive through width of up to 20 m, all with 125 mm ground clearance. The main gate frame consists of upper and lower 75 mm square aluminium tube rails with the main uprights made from the same material. The gates can be infilled with any of the mesh panels from the CLD range or have a standard 30 mm round bar infill at 125 mm centres, the frame and infill is then mounted on our custom made lower beam extrusion. The CLD SlideMaster cantilever drive mechanism is unique in that the external friction drive is incorporated in the lower beam as opposed to the inside face of the gate therefore protecting it from the elements as well as being completely out of view. The automated CLD SlideMaster cantilevered sliding gates are fully compliant with the EU standard BS EN 12453, having five profiled safety edges each consisting of 2 parallel electrically conducted rubber strips. These are connected to the main control panel by two cables, which are concealed within the lower beam, which transmit messages to and from the safety edges. In the unlikely event of a fault, messages will be transmitted to the necessary safety edges instructing the gate to be stopped regardless of its position. We are able to assist with the development of your design using the very latest CAD design system. Manufacturing Fencing is a large subject involving many intricate details. Care is needed at every stage of the manufacturing process. Here at CLD we harmonize the use of technology and human expertise this enables us to have a target of minimal defects in the manufacturing process. CLD have grown consistently by striving to deliver the perfect fencing package. This has been acheived by investing in people, technology and facilities. Galvanizing All products are hot dipped galvanized after manufacture with the exception of pre-galv products. Hot dip galvanizing is a specialist process using molten zinc. The product is dipped in zinc after going through a very stringent pre-treatment, which ensures the quality of finish will endure the most demanding application. All galvanized products are to current BS EN ISO 1461 standard. Powder coating After galvanizing the product is polyester powder coated in a chosen finished colour. This gives a very pleasing aesthetic appearance of the fence coupled with enhanced durability in all weather conditions. Again this process involves a multi stage degreasing and treatment process before the final coating and protection layer is applied. All powder coating is to BS EN 6497 standard.
