6 ELEMENT DESCRIPTION Structure FRMEWORK It is formed by several 0,8-1,2 mm tick low carbon content cold laminated seet pieces, depending on te function and position inside te cabinet. Once te pieces ave been assembled, tey are all welded togeter. Later, it is covered wit 100 micron tick powder epoxy paint, polymerized at 220 ºC. It as rails at te top to ang files and optimize te inner space. MELMINE TOP: 19 mm tick melamine particle board wit rectangular sape and 1,2 mm tick termofused edges at te front and 0,5 mm tick edges at te remaining perimeter. SHELF 0,8 mm tick cold laminated steel, covered wit 100 micron tick epoxy paint, polymerized at 220ºC. 25 mm ig and folded to increase te strengt. Te front folds provide an option to ang files. It angs from bot sides of te inner laterals troug a slef-older. Selves may be ig adjusted every 25 mm. HINGED DOOR METL DOOR 0,8 mm tick cold laminates steel, reinforced wit 2 vertical omegas, also made of 0,8 mm tick cold laminated steel te front one and 1,2 mm tick te rear one. Tey are welded togeter to provide strengt to te door. Painted wit 100 micron tick epoxy paint and polymerized at 220ºC. lock is included troug rotational vertical rods, fixed to te floor and ceiling. Eac door as aluminium andles and rubber stops to avoid noises. MELMINE DOOR 19 mm tick melamine particle board wit rectangular sape and 1,2 mm tick termofused edges around te perimeter. luminium andles fixed to 2 points and rotational vertical rod lock, fixed to te floor and te ceiling. Melamine Glass GLSS DOORS: 4 mm tick etced glass. nodyzed aluminium frame. SLT DOOR 2 slat doors wit 8-10 slats, depending on te cabinet widt. Eac door is finised wit a final aluminium slat, covered wit polyamide. Te final slat includes skid for a better sliding. Te pieces are welded togeter. 2 1,5 mm tick omegas are included at te lower side to support te levellers. Te guides include a quick assembly system to facilitate te extraction. Te guides are go on inner omegas. Te lock goes inside te framework to block te opening of more tan one drawer at te same time. DRWER Made of 0,8 mm tick cold laminated steel seet, wit low carbon content and 100 micron tick black epoxy paint, polymerized at 220 ºC. 560 mm deep, 403 mm wide and 264 mm ig. Quick assembly elements included. It may include DIN 4 files. It includes metal frames to ang te files. Supported by 2 total extraction ball guides. METL DRWER FRONT Made of 0,8 mm tick cold laminated steel seet, wit low carbon content and 100 micron tick polymerized powder epoxy paint. 2 pieces welded togeter: front and inner front. Fixed to te drawer troug metric screws. Te andle is made of conformed seet and folded to avoid accidental cuts. It includes an overviewer to identify te content at te upper rigt side. Fronts get inlayed regarding te laterals. MELMINE DRWER FRONT Wit 10 mm tick particles board and 1,2 mm termofused edges in its wole perimeter.
