(Subject to the manufacturers servicing conditions) The warranty covers the cost of parts and labour to make good any CHP related breakdown failure of the CHP equipment which resulted from a defect in the part manufacture*. (Subject to the manufacturers servicing conditions) Should servicing repairs to the equipment be carried out during the warranty period through an agreement other than that between the customer and SAV Systems, the warranty would no longer apply. EC Power A/S LoadTracker CHP Warranty and Maintenance Package Option Overview: The standard warranty included on the LoadTracker CHP product* can also include scheduled main servicing and gas safe certification as a package offer option in years 1 and 2 our Premium Service Package. This ensures efficiency and reliability of the product, and warranty term compliancy, whilst the CHP is within warranty. Beyond this period, the Premium Extended Warranty package offers a through life cycle cover option from years 3 to 5, including an itemised schedule that details what is carried out during this period. This includes call out, parts, reduced labour rates****, scheduled services, remote moniting of the CHP***, a dedicated service engineer to oversee operational activities, and the generation of monthly energy repts, to highlight energy usage. Full details can be obtained on this offer by referring to the package options. Costs will be finalised on application**. Both Premium Service and Premium Extended Warranty contracts are transferable. Note that in der to take out the Premium Extended Warranty from year 3, the CHP unit must be covered in year 1 and 2 with the Premium Service Package. A site survey will be carried out pri to acceptance of any CHP unit onto a service/warranty package.

3 When a Premium Service Premium Extended Warranty can be taken out: a) To ensure that your LoadTracker CHP is fully covered from Day 1, it is recommended that you take up the Premium Service package offer within the first 6-months of your 2-year manufacturer warranty period. Beyond this point (and while within your 2-year warranty period) it is still possible to take advantage of the package offer, although f older models you may need to carry out a manufacturer s system upgrade** to be able to do so. We would be happy to advise if that is the case. b) Once your 2-year warranty comes to an end and providing you have also taken out the Premium Service package, you can from the beginning of year 3 - move across to our Premium Extended Warranty package** to continue to have your CHP unit protected f a further 3 years. However as stated above, the Premium Extended Warranty can only be taken up providing you have already had cover through the Premium Service package in years 1 and 2. c) F CHP units that are not in the manufacturer warranty period we continue to offer our standard regular servicing options and annual Gas Safe certification, together with a call out service f any defects and remedial repairs****. We will also consider these older CHP units f extended warranty on a case-by-case basis, subject to certain conditions and a site survey. Please contact us if you would like to discuss this option. The main servicing of a LoadTracker CHP XRGI is to be carried out: a) As scheduled by the manufacturer see table #3 - maximum running hours. The service call also includes regulaty Gas Safe compliancy checks on the CHP which will be carried out on an annual basis (where applicable). Or b) A calendar back stop of 2 years has lapsed since the previous service, initial Commission date. Annual Gas Safe certification of the CHP will be required if the CHP service falls into this categy.

4 Basic overview of Load Tracker CHP Manufacturer s scheduled service comprising of: (refer to table 1 f full details of scheduled items) (condition A B) Replacement of CHP engine oil (as per manufacturers schedule) Cleaning of CHP heat distribut strainers. Replacement of oil & air filters. Replacement of engine spark plugs. Replacement of Vacuum sens/vacuum filter/lambda sens/gas inject and exhaust compensat and clamp as listed on the service rept (model dependent). The installation of any new released operating software by the manufacturer. The safe and environmental disposal of all used service items. A CHP system Health Check will also be carried out as part of the main service. Gas Safe checks carried out. CHP system run up and operating checks carried out. Main service rept and gas certificate issued. Load Tracker CHP Health and Gas Safe checks comprise of: A CHP component and system Health Check will be carried out and findings repted on. (Product Warranty & T&C s apply) Cleaning of CHP heat distribut strainers, and any in line strainers if accessible. Gas Safe and Interim CHP system health checks carried out. Warranty product component validation checks, if still within the initial warranty period. CHP run up checks carried out with any findings repted on. Interim Health check rept and gas safe check certificate issued F multi-unit LoadTracker CHP installations, it should be noted that site electrical demand is distributed approximately equally between units by the load-sharer S device. This means that units should reach their due service hours at around the same time. Arrangements f servicing should therefe be simplified. notification of due services can be supplied to the client s nominated contact, if provided. This is to enable timely arrangements to be made f the next service visit.

7 Load Tracker XRGI CHP Service Intervals & Maximum Running Hours Below highlights the maximum running hours f service intervals which the CHP should not be used beyond. All scheduled servicing will be based on these individual running hours, at least every two years f each XRGI CHP unit. Should operation of any XRGI Load Tracker CHP operate beyond the maximum running hours from initial commissioning, last service calendar backstop, then the manufacturer (EC Power A/S) and/ SAV Systems would not be duty bound by any subsequent warranty claim. The warranty will be declared null and void if maintenance is not carried out within 200 hours after reaching the specified due scheduled service hours of operation, 1 week of the calendar back stop of due scheduled service. Use only iginal EC POWER spare parts and components. Using any other components materials voids the warranty in its entirety.
