3 ALIGNED WITH THE BEST DE DIETRICH The plant room incorporates two De Dietrich Innovens MCA 90 wall hung gas boilers c/w Duomo Gas Detection, Wilo circulating pumps and pressurisation unit, all pipe and fittings supplied from Hevac s warehouse in Dublin. 4 THE TASK To design and install a new boiler house for St. Mary s Hospital, Phoenix Park, Dublin. THE CHALLENGE To keep the hospital operating at peak capacity and efficiency throughout the project. Core facilities and heating system also to remain fully operational. To this end, the HSE appoint Hevac s Commercial and Industrial Division. Aware that Hevac have over 40 years expertise in the industry, the HSE feel confident that they will deliver a highly efficient solution incorporating the very latest component innovation and energy saving technology. THE SOLUTION After careful consideration, Hevac s Commercial & Industrial Division decide that their Boiler House Package Plant Room would work best for the St Mary s project. Hevac s internal design and engineering team produce AutoCAD drawings for client approval and complete the entire design and build program to client specifications. They demonstrate the advantages of opting for one complete plant room package to be delivered on-site.
