2 Our Background Molson Coors Packaging Sustainability Program is a centralized and monitored through the Global Packaging Council. This Council is made up of key regional representatives from: Molson Coors Canada (5 Breweries) Molson Coors Europe (12 Breweries) Molson Coors International (1 brewery in India and 5 co-production facilities Miller Coors (9 Breweries) Centralization was key to moving the sustainability agenda forward. This ensures that sustainability is built into all innovations.

13 Packaging Policy We are committed to delivering packaging which meets or exceeds expectations for performance, product integrity, consumer safety and environmental sustainability. As a global company we recognize our responsibility to contribute to the quality of life in our communities. We are committed to: reducing the amount of packaging used; re-using packaging to reduce the raw materials used in manufacturing; using recycled material for packaging to reduce the amount that may end up in landfill; all in an effort to reduce the carbon footprint of our packaging.

Adopt practices that will strive to maintain soil fertility, water resources, air quality and biodiversity. 3. Manage natural resources throughout the lifecycle of the products, based on the 5R s - Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Repurpose, and Rethink. 4. Recognize the importance of supplier 5. Meet food safety guidelines and traceability specifications. 6. Understand and address any future guidelines, best practices, and legislative changes that may arise.

15 Molson Coors Global Packaging Targets REDUCE: Optimize the materials used within our packaging to reduce our environmental impact. Based on a 2012 baseline, reduce our packaging weight by 2% by REUSE: Molson Coors will (as a minimum) use current market rate of recycled materials within our packaging, and seek to increase the use of recycled content of materials from renewable sources where practical. Molson Coors presently employ refillable containers in 15 of it s 32 production locations

16 RECYCLE: Molson Coors promotes the use of materials which can be recycled by providing clear and consistent labeling for consumers to encourage recycling of packaging using the On-Pack Recycling Label (OPRL). REPURPOSE: Innovate and develop commercially viable bio materials as alternative to existing materials in line with Molson Coors Sustainable Sourcing Principles.

17 RETHINK: Deliver, implement and fully execute sustainable packaging and materials stage & gate level within 100% of innovation programs by end Molson Coors is committed to collecting the information required to perform full life cycle analysis on all new packaging components. This is part of our product development process.
