Energy audit is a systematic procedure in existing buildings/ sites/objects where the purpose is to evaluate the existing energy consumption identify the energy saving potential and find the potential of renewable energy sources report (and make detailed proposals for saving measures) monitor the realisation of proposals/retrofit measures assess the influences and savings achieved (Source:Motiva) 8
