11 Regulatory Actions and Infrastructure To Create the National Nuclear Safety Agency (independent from CNEN). - Project under government analysis To Revise and harmonize the standards, considering the several regulatory agencies like IBAMA (environment) and ANVISA (health) - Under development

12 Nuclear Power Generation To finish Angra III NPP (1.350 MW) (+2018) - Under construction Planning new 1.000MW NPP until 2030 (still to be decided by the government) To enhance NUCLEP infrastructure for Nuclear heavy components production. - Under development

13 Nuclear Fuel Cycle Prospection of new uranium mines; - Under development To increase the enrichment facilities capabilities in order to reach self sustainable supply condition for Angra I, II and III - Under development To conclude the UF6 Conversion Pilot Plant - Under development

14 Radioactive Waste Management Low and Medium Level Waste Repository (storage of waste generated by the NPPs and medical and industrial applications. - Under conceptual design and site selection stage
