5 Air Pollution Control System GENCON ENGINEERING CO., LTD. is a leading manufacture and installation of Air Pollution Control System in the industrial factory. 6 Wet Scrubber System Wet Scrubber System is used for the removal of acid gases and vapors, fumes of chemicals, smoke or mist. Our wet scrubbers are made of FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic). Their strengths are corrosive resistance, durable and long usage life. It is relatively suited to applications in the variety of industry such as chemical, pulp & paper, gloves, rubber, electronics, automotive, petrochemical, waste water treatment and food industry. Counter Flow Scrubber In this type, gas stream is upward while liquid stream is downward through the packing. According to the shape of the scrubber, it requires less installation area but requires higher space. Cross Flow Scrubber In this type, gas stream passes horizontally through the packing section while liquid stream is downward. This type requires more installation area but shorter space is needed. Spray Tower / Quencher is mainly used for cooling down of gas, gas pre - absorption, and dust pre - collecting. In order to adjust your installation conditions, we are able to propose either horizontal or vertical type. 6 Environmental Care

8 Activated Carbon System Activated Carbon System (Absorber) is in the process of absorption of activated Carbon to separate the waste gases or vapors of organic contaminants off the air. It is relatively suited to applications in the variety of industry such as chemical, rubber, electronics, automotive, petrochemical, waste water treatment, fertilizer, and printing industry. Activated Carbon is derived from natural or organic matter which containing of Carbon and Hydrogen through an activated process. 9 Bio Scrubber System Bio Scrubber System is one of an Air pollution Control by Biological processes. This process is to eliminate VOCs (Volatile Organic Compound; VOC) from Waste Water Plant or high concentration gas such as Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) by using microbial biodegradation processes to eliminate pollution from the air. Bio Scrubber System is relatively suited to applications in the variety of industry such as food, petrochemical, waste water treatment, and biogas industry. Environmental Care 9

10 FRP Blower FRP Blower for industrial jobs under the brand ASIA BLOWER, FRP Blower is designed in order to draw several of chemical fumes. The FRP blower is highly resistant to chemical corrosion. We have wide range size of blower for laboratory fume hoods to industrial systems depend on appropriate capacity of system and area for installation in order to suit the customer application. The FRP blower is ideally suited to apply in the chemical, pulp and paper, wastewater - treatment, fertilizer, pharmaceutical, electronics, battery, rubber gloves, galvanizes and steel industries. Design Features 14 sizes : 180, 200, 250, 300, 450, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1200 and 1400 mm. wheel diameters are provided. Capacities up to 84,000 CFM. Static pressures up to 12" WG. Temperatures resistance up to 100 C. 12 Air Ventilation System Air Ventilation System is designed for exhausting acid smell or synthesis vapor from origin in to the duct line and ventilating those air pollutions to outside work area by the stack. Pollution air will not have effect with the operation of users. Then, the fresh air from outside will circulate into the working area to make good environment in factory area. This system is widely used in chemical, fertilizer, textile, dip, pharmaceutical and petrochemical industries. FRP Ducting System & Stack FRP ducting system and stack are resistant to chemical corrosion from acid and chemical steam for the long usage life in the system. We have a variety of sizes to support and match with the system s capacity. Shape of FRP duct and stack are round by molding with filament winding machine according to ASTM C-582 standard. Our design engineering team will design the appropriate size and material used for ducts and stacks in order to suit the type of air pollution such as FRP, Steel, Stainless Steel, Hot-Dip Galvanize and etc., depend on the customer's requirement and working area. 12 Environmental Care

13 FRP Storage Tank As for the storage tank in the industry work, we have the engineer team to advice appropriate diameter and material for our customers whether for FRP tanks, steel tanks, stainless tank or galvanized tank etc. Especially for FRP tank, we have expertise to select the grade of resin in order to fit the temperature and chemical type including engineering calculations. 17 FRP Roof/Canopy Hood FRP Roof FRP roofs are designed to be used for covering the pond. Mostly, FRP roofs are used for wastewater treatment with acid vapors or chemical fumes from chemical degradation process of the bacteria such as waste water treatment in petrochemical, tapio starch, ethanol from cassava, palm oil mill, beverage and other industries We have expert designers to assist and advice for the pressure in order to select the appropriate thickness of resin for FRP roof. 18 FRP Lining FRP Lining is the surface coating with FRP to resist the chemical corrosion that is high acid or alkali condition. Gencon has the expertise in selecting appropriate resin grade to suit customer's requirement with reasonable price. FRP lining can be coated on both concrete and steel surface that are not able to resist the chemical corrosion or deteriorated surface. We are ready to serve FRP lining service for all types of flat surface, pond surface and curved surface inside the storage tank. In addition, our services include surface condition adjustment to be ready for lining such as grinding and sand blasting in order to deliver the best efficient service for our customers. 19 FRP Lining Substrate If the surface is in steel material, sandblasting is needed to prepare the surface before laying up on FRP. For Concrete, the surface needs to prepare concrete substrate in order to get enough cleaning surface for assuring a strong permanent bond of FRP on the surface. Primer Layer The Primer Layer is the first layer that applied resin with substrate to get stronger bond for the next layer. Structure Layer The Structure Layer is to apply Chopped Strand Material Layer of Fiberglass, mixing with resin to get layer thickness and strength for the lining process. Corrosion Barrier The Corrosion Barrier is to apply Chopped Strand Material Layer of Fiberglass, mixing with resin to get corrosion chemical resistance. The type of resin will be selected properly for each type of chemical and application. Finishing Coat Also known as the Top Coat, this layer will apply glossy and polish coat on the surface. The top coat will show the attractive surface for material.
