With the additional flue gas heat exchanger you gain highest energy utilisation. The Hoval ThermoCondensor alufer allows the most modern flue gas condensing. While you loose energy with conventional boilers through the chimney as flue gas losses you gain energy with the ThermoCondensor alufer Furthermore the boiles total efficiency will be improved. Installation example: 3 ThermoCondensoren alufer (1100) at Julius Blum GmbH in Fussach (A). The result: They have an energy savings of approx. 45'000 m 3 natural gas per year. The efficiency of the Hoval Mega-3 improves by additional 15 %.

5 Hoval ThermoCondensor alufer : An investment which will pay off! Nowadays, where environmental protection is a main topic, we assume that the ecological balance of the used products is adequate. The Hoval ThermoCondensor alufer fulfils these requirements: Optimised use of the flue gas heat energy: With state of the art in condensing technology the Hoval Thermo- Condensor alufer achieves maximum energy efficiency. This means: reduced energy consumption, lower operating costs and less emissions. Economics: To reach a high efficiency the return water temperature should be as low as possible. For an optimised flue gas condensation the ideal return water temperature is < 40 C. Reduces installation costs: The low hydraulic resistance allows full system water flow through the ThermoCondensor alufer. Thereby no additional pump is necessary. This means: lower installation and operating costs. Simple and flexible installation: The ThermoCondensor alufer consists of a multi-position flue gas inlet, which can be fixed in 8 positions (each 45 ) and multi-position base with the flue gas outlet, which can be fixed in 4 positions (each 90 ). That offers maximum flexibility for the planner/installer to position the flue gas heat exchanger in a space saving way. System combinations: The ThermoCondensor alufer can be combined with Hoval heating boilers and other manufacturer's heating boilers.
