2 2 COMPANYWIDE HIGHLIGHTS Continued focus on site closure and collection of Retention money Recovery kept higher than dispatch to avoid further debtors creation Focus continues on accepting project orders only where payment terms and margins are as desired by KBL Irrigation projects put on hold in Andhra Pradesh due to the Telangana issue.

3 3 SECTOR HIGHLIGHTS Irrigation: Received order from Orissa Lift Irrigation Corporation for the supply of 2,650 nos. 6" submersible pumps Water: 200MLD New Suburban Sewage Pumping Station for Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation commissioned. Commissioned 111MLD Raw water pumping station of Kerala Water Authority, Cherthala. 90MLD clear water delivery system of PHED Bhopal commissioned. 125MLD WTP for Coimbatore Corporation commissioned. Bagged order from Tata Steel, Kalinganagar, Orissa, in spite of bidding 35% more over L1 bidder due to thrust on LLC pumps during pre-tendering stage.

4 4 SECTOR HIGHLIGHTS Power: Six sets of CW pumps for 2 x 800 MW Prairie State Energy Campus, Illinois, USA, commissioned and handed over to Bechtel International. CW system for the 144 MW Delimara Power Station of Ene Malta Project of BWSC, Germany, was pre-commissioned. Completed the civil and piping work of CW system for the 500MW Unit III NTPC Simhadri, and for the 500MW Unit III NTPC Farakka, both plants dedicated to the nation by Hon. Minister of Power on 29th Sept Commissioned the CW system for 500MW Unit II NTPC, Jhajjar. Commissioned indigenous CV pumps for 2 CW pumps at Essar Salaya. KBL's 1st vertical Kaplan turbine for 1 x 3.5 MW Dhom, HEP synchronized to grid.

5 5 SECTOR HIGHLIGHTS Industry : Demonstrated the auto-prime to the PMC Project of Adani Port, Mundra. Building & Construction: Received eight orders in FM/UL business during the last two months due to joint efforts by KBL & KOEL. Gas Oil & Defence: Successful completion of CF 113 petrol powered pumps for long duration field trial at high altitude despite adverse conditions.

6 6 SECTOR HIGHLIGHTS Distribution & Customer Service & Support: Agriculture Segment launched "off season scheme" for dealers Appointed 15 new dealers in the Agriculture Segment in Q2 Conducted twelve Mechanics Meets, Five Krishi Melas, One Puri Rath Yatra and more than 180 road shows in partnership with our DSO's. Conducted twenty retailer meets, twenty four Plumber Meets, and more then two hundred Canopy campaigns across the country Conducted dealers meet at Istanbul

7 7 FACTORY HIGHLIGHTS Kirloskarvadi Factory: Approval for Manufacturing Plant by IRS Successfully completed performance testing of third Secondary Sodium Pump Cast Steel / Stainless Steel foundry capacity expanded from 50 to 100 tons Received Prestigious ENCON Awards: CII Award for Energy Efficient Unit for Excellence in Energy Best Renewable Energy Award 1st Runner up in Energy Conservation in Large Industry MEDA 1st Prize for Energy Efficiency

8 8 KIRLOSKARVADI FACTORY HIGHLIGHTS Large Pumps Division: Successfully executed the following: 5 Nos. BHR50, BHR35 for order in Portugal. 5 Nos. BHM 135 VT Pumps for Adani; India s largest VT pump with m3/hr discharge 2 Nos Hydel Turbines for Rani Perunad 8 Nos pumps of GL,GH Series for ONGC offshore platform Small & Medium Pumps Division: Developed high pressure high temperature KPDV 100/30 pumps for NPCIL, Tarapur of value Rs. 32 million.

9 9 FACTORY HIGHLIGHTS Dewas Factory: Opened sourcing office in Xian city, China. Inaugurated KANBAN system and held supplier conference at Shirval plant. Conducted O Soji (5 S tool) at different Manufacturing & Foundry cells Achieved production of 9,000 pumps per month at Coimbatore Plant.
