29 Water Efficiency (WE) Revised Prerequisite: Indoor Water Use Reduction Changed baseline calculation date from 1994 to 1995, baseline to 150% of UPC/IPC for pre-1995 fixtures. Economic assessment policy is now retrofit and replacement policy requiring new fixtures & fittings to be WaterSense labeled if eligible. Added metering option. DD: Same 29
