11 Legal cases Mid Sussex CAB Volunteer claimed disability discrimination when they were asked to no longer be a volunteer, saying this was due to their HIV status. LOCOG Female who suffered from severe epilepsy and arthritis, who volunteered and was accepted as a Games Maker by LOCOG, made an Employment Tribunal claim when she was unable to complete her duties and had to stop her volunteer work, stating that LOCOG failed to take sufficient account of her disability and make reasonable adjustments.
