2 Welcome Here at Bolton College we are currently engaged with over 100 businesses from the Financial & Professional Services sector. One of our key strategic priorities is to facilitate the development of the local economy by working with businesses throughout Bolton and Greater Manchester and providing them with responsive and flexible training solutions. In this way, you can be assured of our commitment to helping you enhance the productivity and competitive advantage of your workforce. We are aware of the financial implications of investing in training, and this is why we ensure value for money in our delivery. We will firstly carry out a free business audit to identify your specific business needs, and once these are identified we can discuss possible grants and funding opportunities with you to reduce associated costs. If you are looking to add to your existing workforce, we can help with recruitment by promoting your vacancies and by shortlisting any eligible apprentice candidates. We can even arrange unpaid work placements if you are looking for a more short-term option. Whatever the size and specialism of your business, our expert team of Business Advisors will work closely with you to decide upon the best training solution to suit your evolving workforce.
