2 Welcome to KFW Congratulations! You have just taken the first step towards applying for a full time position at KFW Engineers + Surveying! In 2006, KFW s founders huddled around the dining room table in Steven Krauskopf s mom s kitchen with a vision to create a full-service civil engineering firm that did things differently. 4 Community Outreach VOLUNTEERING We believe in giving back to the community that has served us. Our community outreach efforts are aimed at making meaningful impacts with organizations that affect the lives of others in a positive way. EDUCATION We foster collaborations with schools and organizations that engage students in pursuing design and engineering careers to include teacher externships, high school job shadowing, and various university partnerships that provide collaborations aimed to educate students on real-world engineering applications. FUNDRAISING Our fundraising efforts expand into numerous causes close to our hearts and the hearts of our team members, including fundraising and donation efforts for March of Dimes and BUILD of A&M. Most recently, we are proud to announce our adoption of Morgan s Wonderland and our pledge to raise $50,000 over the next year in support of the park s mission of inclusion - to provide a clean, fun environment where individuals of all ages with or without special needs can feel safe and accepted.

5 Employee Team Building We offer a variety of opportunities for you to interact with your fellow teammates in and out of the office. The break room has a foosball table, a ping pong table, and a dart board. It is a great place for friendly competition and fun during lunch or after work. We also have recurring foosball, ping pong, and darts tournaments. You can join one of our various office committees one committee is solely dedicated to Fun! You ll also enjoy our Taco Tuesdays and Ice Cream Socials during the work day every month.

6 Family & Social Events Outside of the office, we hold frequent events that are open to family & friends, including our annual Fiesta Party, Fall Fest, Holiday Party, and more!
