1 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE MONEY COACH CERTIFICATION SAN JOSE, CALIF. (MAY 2016) Alliance Credit Union members can now count on personal financial guidance from a specially trained team of frontline employees who have earned the Money Coach Certification. Thanks to recently completed training, these employees can provide guidance on financial situations including budget building, developing savings plans, reducing debt, and handling a variety of issues to meet their financial goals. This training reinforces Alliance s focus on providing what s important in the lives of our members, said Alliance CEO Brian Dorcy. To that end, Alliance employees need a level of training, development and support beyond the typical teller, new accounts, and loan program introductions. Now that our employees have completed this training, they have a better understanding of our members point of view and are more aware of the enormous toll financial issues can have on their lives and the lives of their families. Training was provided through the BALANCE Money Coach Certification Program, which teaches frontline teams how to guide consumers through a variety of financial situations.
