ACIM Solutions is proud to the Certificate IV in Government (Statutory Compliance). This specialist qualification covers the competencies required by those responsible for ensuring statutory compliance with the requirements of legislation, regulations, and government and organisational policy. Units of Competence Certificate IV in Government (Statutory Compliance) comprises 15 units of competence. The competencies required for this qualification include 8 core units and 7 elective units. On successfully completing the training and assessment, the qualification Certificate IV in Government (Statutory Compliance) will be issued. A transcript list all of the units of competence will also be issued. The qualification and units of competence are nationally recognised and provides individuals with a valuable qualification that can be applied throughout Australia and the wider business and customer services community. Target Occupations This specialist qualification covers the skills required by those currently in, or those seeking to work in positions that have responsibility for statutory compliance under a range of legislation and regulations. These can include governmental inspectors, regulatory officers, licensing occupations and local council roles for example. 4 Program outline It is our actual experience which makes the difference to the training you receive The course will be delivered in the workplace using a combination of group theory instruction and workplace practice and assessment. ACIM Solutions trainers will travel to the workplace to ensure your learning is relevant to your current employer and future duties. Participants will typically attend formal training sessions in 2 blocks (Block 1 3 days/block 2 2 days). Assessment tasks will be conducted during the course of the training and in the intervening period between the face:face sessions. The workshops are interactive and include group based activities to provide the opportunity to discuss and implement the concepts involved Assessment requirements Assessments are conducted using a combination of realistic workplace tasks, projects, knowledge tests, and responses to case studies and scenarios. Expected duration The program is designed to be paced over a maximum of 12 months. A longer duration has been chosen to allow students to progress whilst continuing to maintain their normal work routine and output. ACIM Solutions are able to support participants that need additional time and can assist those participants that want to fast track their learning. Recognition of Prior Learning Applicants are encouraged to apply for recognition of their existing skills and knowledge that is relevant to the units of competence within the program. These skills and knowledge may have been obtained through workplace training or experience and may reduce the number of units required to be complete during the program. Students are encouraged to notify ACIM Solutions of their interest or intention to apply for RPL prior to their enrolment. Cost The cost of your training is provided on a fee for service basis and based around tailoring to your organisational need.
